【摘要】：本文以2020年上海各級(jí)教育發(fā)展規(guī)模預(yù)測(cè)為基礎(chǔ),采用生均經(jīng)費(fèi)指數(shù)預(yù)測(cè)等方法,對(duì)教育經(jīng)費(fèi)需求與供給能力、與教育事業(yè)發(fā)展實(shí)際需求相適應(yīng)的教育投入目標(biāo)進(jìn)行研究,并提出實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)所面臨的問(wèn)題與對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the prediction of education development scale at all levels in Shanghai in 2020, this paper studies the educational investment target which is suitable for the demand and supply ability of education funds and the actual demand for education development by using the method of average expenditure index forecast. The problems and countermeasures to achieve this goal are put forward.
