【摘要】：[目的]了解延安市大學(xué)生的心理健康狀況,并提出相應(yīng)干預(yù)措施以提高該市大學(xué)生心理健康水平。[方法]采用分層隨機(jī)整群抽樣的方法,抽取大學(xué)生1200名,使用SCL-90癥狀自評(píng)量表進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。[結(jié)果]延安市大學(xué)生SCL-90分量表的8項(xiàng)因子平均分都高于全國(guó)青年組常模,僅人際關(guān)系敏感因子與全國(guó)青年組常模差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。各因子分≥3檢出率在1.27%～7.11%之間,合計(jì)為31.30%。且各因子分≥3檢出率在不同年級(jí)之間存在很大差異。新生各因子平均得分均低于老生。心理健康狀況多因素分析發(fā)現(xiàn),對(duì)于老生,就業(yè)前景、專業(yè)滿意度被引進(jìn)模型;而新生,就業(yè)前景、學(xué)習(xí)壓力、專業(yè)滿意度被引進(jìn)模型。[結(jié)論]延安市大學(xué)生心理健康狀況不容樂觀,有區(qū)別地開展大學(xué)生心理衛(wèi)生知識(shí)講座,推行心理健康教育,開展主動(dòng)的心理咨詢和治療工作,以提高大學(xué)生心理健康水平。
[Abstract]:[objective] to understand the mental health status of college students in Yan'an city, and put forward the corresponding intervention measures to improve the mental health level of college students in Yanan city. [methods] 1200 college students were selected by stratified random cluster sampling and investigated with SCL-90 symptom Checklist (SCL-90). [results] the average score of 8 factors in SCL-90 component table of Yanan college students was higher than that of the national youth group, but there was no significant difference between the interpersonal sensitivity factor and the national norm.
