【摘要】: 人的全面發(fā)展是社會(huì)進(jìn)步的必然要求和具體體現(xiàn),是馬克思主義的一個(gè)重要理論觀點(diǎn)。馬克思指出,任何人的職責(zé)、使命和任務(wù)就是全面地發(fā)展自己的一切能力。這一思想對(duì)我國(guó)當(dāng)今的高等職業(yè)教育有著深刻的啟示。 培養(yǎng)全面發(fā)展的人才,是馬克思的重要思想,是社會(huì)主義教育方針的根本任務(wù)和目標(biāo)。馬克思主義關(guān)于人的全面發(fā)展思想啟示我們:在中國(guó)高等教育由精英教育向大眾教育轉(zhuǎn)軌的歷史時(shí)期,作為高職院校,要發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的職能,要有宏觀的戰(zhàn)略眼光,關(guān)注人的整體和諧與發(fā)展,培養(yǎng)出適應(yīng)社會(huì)需要的高素質(zhì)的勞動(dòng)者。要培養(yǎng)出符合生產(chǎn)第一線需要的高層次應(yīng)用性人才,職業(yè)教育自身必須擁有具有深厚的理論知識(shí)和較強(qiáng)的實(shí)踐能力、一專多能的“雙師型”教師隊(duì)伍。 本文論述了馬克思的人的全面發(fā)展理論與職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系,針對(duì)高職教育師資隊(duì)伍現(xiàn)狀的分析,以及現(xiàn)代社會(huì)對(duì)人才培養(yǎng)越來越全面的要求,闡述了加強(qiáng)“雙師型”教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的必要性,探討了“雙師型”教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的措施。
[Abstract]:The all-round development of human being is the inevitable requirement and concrete embodiment of social progress and an important theoretical viewpoint of Marxism. Marx pointed out that anyone's duty, mission and task is to develop all their abilities. This thought has the profound enlightenment to our country present higher vocational education. It is the important thought of Marx and the basic task and goal of socialist education policy to train all-round development talents. Marxist thoughts on the all-round development of human beings enlighten us: in the historical period of the transition from elite education to mass education in China's higher education, as a vocational college, it is necessary to play its due functions and to have a macroscopic strategic vision. Pay attention to the overall harmony and development of people, cultivate high-quality workers to meet the needs of society. In order to cultivate high-level applied talents who meet the needs of the first line of production, vocational education itself must have profound theoretical knowledge and strong practical ability, and have a team of "double qualified" teachers with multiple abilities. This paper discusses the relationship between Marx's theory of all-round development of human beings and the development of vocational education, analyzes the present situation of teachers in higher vocational education, and the demands of modern society for the cultivation of more and more comprehensive talents. This paper expounds the necessity of strengthening the construction of the "double qualified" teachers, and probes into the measures for the construction of the "double-qualified" teachers.
