【摘要】： 素質(zhì)教育自從20世紀(jì)80年代被提出以來,一直是教育界廣泛關(guān)注的熱門話題,成為我國教育改革與發(fā)展的主旋律。但從目前的情形來看,素質(zhì)教育的實施結(jié)果仍然憂多于喜,存在許多我們不能不正視的問題�！八刭|(zhì)教育喊得轟轟烈烈,應(yīng)試教育抓得扎扎實實”是許多學(xué)校實施素質(zhì)教育的真實寫照。特別是面對升學(xué)率這一硬指標(biāo)時,素質(zhì)教育更是顯得異常脆弱與不堪一擊,素質(zhì)教育只不過是一句流行的工作口號和應(yīng)付上級檢查時的金字招牌。到底是實實在在地培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的素質(zhì)還是扎扎實實地應(yīng)付高考,在人們看來,儼然成了一個難以選擇的“兩難”問題。 本文通過文獻(xiàn)資料、理論研究和案例分析等方法,對我國素質(zhì)教育的推進(jìn)過程進(jìn)行深刻反思,剖析了當(dāng)前學(xué)生素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)與高考升學(xué)對立“兩難”問題的起因。本文認(rèn)為,所謂的“兩難”,只是由于人們沒有洞悉矛盾的癥結(jié)所形成的一種浮于表象的認(rèn)識,而在實質(zhì)上,學(xué)生素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)與提高考試成績不僅不矛盾,而且在真正的素質(zhì)教育下,高考成績會更好,兩者是統(tǒng)一的。最后,本文從轉(zhuǎn)變觀念、改革高考制度和完善高校自主招生制度等層面上提出了解決“兩難”問題的具體策略。 本文的創(chuàng)新點在于通過以青島二中作為案例,來把握素質(zhì)教育在基層領(lǐng)域的實施現(xiàn)狀和“兩難”問題在實際中的具體表現(xiàn)。通過學(xué)校內(nèi)部的教育實踐的變革,以課堂為主渠道,實施素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)與應(yīng)試能力提高的雙贏和建設(shè)高素質(zhì)教師隊伍等,來解決這個素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)與高考升學(xué)的所謂“兩難”問題,為素質(zhì)教育的切實推進(jìn)提供幫助。
[Abstract]:Quality education has been a hot topic in education circles since it was put forward in the 1980s. It has become the main theme of education reform and development in China. However, from the current situation, the implementation of quality education is still more worried than happy, there are many problems we can not ignore. Quality education is a true portrayal of the implementation of quality education in many schools. Especially in the face of the hard target of graduation rate, quality education is extremely fragile and vulnerable. Quality education is only a popular job slogan and a gold-lettered sign when dealing with higher inspection. Whether to cultivate students' quality or to deal with the college entrance examination in a down-to-earth manner has become a difficult dilemma for people to choose. Based on the methods of literature, theoretical research and case analysis, this paper makes a deep reflection on the advancement of quality education in China, and analyzes the causes of the dilemma between the quality training of students and the entrance examination of college entrance examination. This paper holds that the so-called "dilemma" is only a superficial understanding formed by people's lack of insight into the crux of the contradiction. In essence, there is no contradiction between the cultivation of students' quality and the improvement of examination results. And in real quality education, the college entrance examination results will be better, the two are unified. Finally, this paper puts forward some concrete strategies to solve the dilemma from the aspects of changing ideas, reforming the college entrance examination system and perfecting the independent enrollment system of colleges and universities. The innovation of this paper lies in taking Qingdao No.2 Middle School as a case to grasp the current situation of the implementation of quality-oriented education in the field of basic level and the concrete performance of the "dilemma" in practice. Through the reform of the educational practice within the school, taking the classroom as the main channel, implementing the win-win situation of quality training and the improvement of examination-oriented ability, and building the contingent of high-quality teachers, the so-called "dilemma" between quality training and college entrance examination can be solved. To provide help for the promotion of quality education.
