【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,計(jì)算機(jī)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)逐漸走進(jìn)千家萬(wàn)戶(hù),我國(guó)的高校已經(jīng)普及了計(jì)算機(jī)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng).互聯(lián)網(wǎng)給大學(xué)生生活學(xué)習(xí)帶來(lái)了很大的便捷,同時(shí)又引發(fā)了相當(dāng)多的問(wèn)題,如大學(xué)生的網(wǎng)癮、網(wǎng)戀、過(guò)度依賴(lài)網(wǎng)絡(luò)等問(wèn)題.本文將就大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)心理健康教育展開(kāi)探討,并提出相關(guān)的意見(jiàn)和建議.
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the progress of society, computers and networks have gradually entered into thousands of households. The universities in our country have popularized computer and Internet. Internet not only brings great convenience to college students, but also leads to a lot of problems, such as college students' Internet addiction, online love, over-dependence on the Internet and so on. This paper discusses the network mental health education of college students, and puts forward some suggestions and suggestions.
