【摘要】： 在教育信息化、協(xié)同教育理念和國家的政策環(huán)境下,人們追求著現代信息技術教育應用效果的最優(yōu)化,家校溝通作為歷來都被重視的環(huán)節(jié)也成了新技術的“試驗用”。2002年7月,國家教育部把“基于網絡條件下的家校互聯、家�；拥膽醚芯俊焙汀凹倚Ｍǖ难芯颗c應用”作為一項重點研究課題,并列入國家教育部“十五規(guī)劃”。事實證明“家校通”在家庭和學校之間搭建了一座以“學生”為中心的橋梁,使得家�；ヂ�、家校合作在信息技術的支持下更加快捷、有效。于是,多家公司跟隨其后打出了“家校通”“校訊通”的旗號,加入了研究與開發(fā)家校溝通網絡平臺的隊伍之中。 任何一種新技術的出現,都會帶給人們狂熱的迷戀,但在實際的使用過程中,人們會發(fā)現新技術并不完美�！靶Ｓ嵧ā币彩且粯�,早期的狂熱迷戀過后,人們開始理性地認識它。相當一部分校訊通在使用的過程中主要就是向家長匯報孩子什么時候到校、什么時候離校,偶爾加上一些開會通知之類的消息。因此出現了“‘家校通'炒著熱吃著涼”的局面,有學生家長撰文“玉林金視野家校通十大罪惡”等等。之所以出現這種現象正是因為缺少對于如何有效使用“校訊通”的深入研究。本研究正是在這樣的背景下提出的。本研究將有利于基于“校訊通”平臺的家校溝通的順利開展,從而促進學生的全面健康的發(fā)展。 在自己親身參與到基于“校訊通”平臺的家校溝通實踐和對家校溝通的歷史回顧的基礎上,運用多學科理論,采用實證研究和理論探討相結合的方法,分析基于“校訊通”平臺的家校溝通的模式及其特殊性。通過對使用“校訊通”平臺的家長、學生和教師的調查,總結出影響其溝通效果的各方面的因素,為促進基于“校訊通”平臺的家校溝通提供有效的策略、方法。 通過考察家校溝通的緣起、國內外傳統(tǒng)的家校溝通形式、校訊通興起的協(xié)同教育理念背景、教育信息化背景以及教育政策環(huán)境,說明了校訊通產生的歷史必然性,分析了校訊通功能與價值。通過使用校訊通的家長、老師和學生的抽樣調查,發(fā)現在校訊通實踐中存在著對于學生教育責任認識錯位、溝通時機缺乏計劃、溝通內容缺少針對性、溝通方式的單一性、溝通效果的雙刃劍等問題。并從平臺本身、社會、家庭、學校四個方面對以上問題進行了歸因分析,發(fā)現“移動網絡”的局限、“短信方式”的弊端、“功利主義”價值觀的盛行、家長職業(yè)性質的“效應”、家長文化程度的差異、家庭教育類型的不同、教師教育觀念的偏差、教師理論與能力的不足、教師時間精力的匱乏等都是影響校訊通使用、導致使用中系列問題的影響因素。 最后,針對上面的調查結果及歸因分析,提出了提高溝通效果的策略與方法方面的初步設想:摒棄“功利主義”思想,落實“素質教育”理論;轉變老師家長的錯誤觀念,形成家校協(xié)同教育共識;深化溝通內容,選擇得體的語言表達方式;以“校訊通”為主,注意發(fā)揮傳統(tǒng)家校溝通方式的優(yōu)勢作用。
[Abstract]:In July of 2002 , the Ministry of National Education has set up a bridge with " students " as the center , so that the family school and the school cooperation can be more rapid and effective in the support of information technology .



The appearance of any new technology will bring people crazy love , but in practical use , people will find that the new technology isn ' t perfect . In the course of use , people begin to know it rationally .



Based on the historical review of the communication practice and the communication between home and school based on the platform of " University Intercom " , this paper analyzes the mode and particularity of the communication between the parents , students and teachers of the platform based on the multi - disciplinary theory . Through the investigation of parents , students and teachers who use the Platform , the factors that affect the communication effect are summarized . In order to promote the communication of the family school based on the " University Intercom " platform , the effective strategies and methods are provided .



Through investigating the origin of communication between home and abroad , the background of communication between home and abroad , the background of cooperative education concept , the background of educational informationization and the environment of education policy , the author analyzes the historical inevitability of the students ' educational responsibility , analyzes the shortcomings of " short message " , lack of pertinence , communication methods , and the effect of communication .



Finally , aiming at the above findings and attribution analysis , a tentative idea of improving the communication effect strategy and method is put forward : abandon the idea of " utility " , implement the theory of " quality education " , change the teacher ' s parents ' error concept , form the cooperative education consensus of the family school , deepen the communication content , choose the appropriate language expression way , and take the " school examination " as the main , and pay attention to the advantage of the traditional school communication method .
