【摘要】：目的探討外部因素和自身因素對職校生健康危險行為的直接和間接影響,為干預活動提供依據(jù)。方法以上海市3所職業(yè)學校所有2005年入學的一年級學生為調(diào)查對象,采用結構式匿名問卷調(diào)查的方式收集有關健康危險行為的信息。結果親子關系越好,越少發(fā)生健康危險行為;同伴認同度越高越容易發(fā)生健康危險行為;同伴認同比親子關系對職校生健康危險行為的影響更大。此外,自我評價高的對象發(fā)生健康危險行為的可能性增加,未發(fā)現(xiàn)職校生的學校支持對健康危險行為有直接影響,但對自我評價有積極影響。結論親子關系和同伴認同是影響職校生健康危險行為的兩個重要因素,提示可利用同伴和家庭資源來有效減少職校生健康危險行為的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the direct and indirect effects of external factors and self factors on health risk behavior of vocational school students, and to provide evidence for intervention activities. Methods all the freshmen enrolled in three vocational schools in Shanghai in 2005 were investigated. The information about health risk behavior was collected by anonymous questionnaire. Results the better the parent-child relationship, the less the health risk behavior, the higher the degree of peer identity, the more likely the health risk behavior was, and the greater the impact of peer identity on the health risk behavior of vocational school students was compared with that of parent-child relationship. In addition, the students with high self-evaluation were more likely to develop health risk behavior, and it was not found that school support of vocational school students had a direct effect on health risk behavior, but it had a positive effect on self-evaluation. Conclusion Parent-child relationship and peer identity are two important factors affecting health risk behavior of vocational school students. It suggests that peer and family resources can be used to effectively reduce the occurrence of health risk behavior of vocational school students.
