【摘要】:為了保障和提高義務(wù)教育質(zhì)量,日本政府提出創(chuàng)造新時代的義務(wù)教育結(jié)構(gòu)改革的設(shè)想。即盡可能擴大市町村和學(xué)校的權(quán)限和責(zé)任,發(fā)揮地方和學(xué)校的主體性和創(chuàng)造性,促進區(qū)域教育的發(fā)展,國家的責(zé)任是對教育結(jié)果進行驗證,實行新的學(xué)校評價制度,旨在推進學(xué)校評價由單一評價向多樣化評價轉(zhuǎn)變,進而構(gòu)建義務(wù)教育質(zhì)量保障體系。
[Abstract]:In order to guarantee and improve the quality of compulsory education, the Japanese government put forward the idea of creating a new era of compulsory education structure reform. That is, to maximize the powers and responsibilities of municipalities and schools, to give full play to the subjectivity and creativity of local and schools, and to promote the development of regional education. It is the responsibility of the State to verify the results of education and to implement a new school evaluation system. The purpose of this paper is to promote the transformation of school evaluation from single evaluation to diversified evaluation, and then to construct the quality assurance system of compulsory education.
