【摘要】： 背景 反社會(huì)型人格障礙(Antisocial Personality Disorder,APD)的主要表現(xiàn)為“時(shí)刻存在的藐視、侵犯他人權(quán)利的行為方式”,該障礙多始于兒童和青少年早期,并持續(xù)發(fā)展至成年(American Psychiatric Association,1968)。由于反社會(huì)型人格障礙的個(gè)體常常不遵守社會(huì)準(zhǔn)則,經(jīng)常違反社會(huì)法規(guī)或法律,甚至?xí)䦟?duì)他人造成人身危害,對(duì)維持社會(huì)的安定和諧構(gòu)成威脅。在中國(guó)文化中,反社會(huì)型人格特質(zhì)的結(jié)構(gòu)可能會(huì)受到集體主義的影響;父母教養(yǎng)方式則是反社會(huì)型人格特質(zhì)發(fā)展的根源性影響因素之一。因此,深入開(kāi)展反社會(huì)型人格特質(zhì)及其影響因素的研究則顯得尤為重要。 目的 (1)探索中國(guó)文化中反社會(huì)型人格特質(zhì)的結(jié)構(gòu); (2)闡明父母教養(yǎng)方式與反社會(huì)型人格特質(zhì)的關(guān)系。 方法 (1)我們首先從字典中選取了描述反社會(huì)型人格的形容詞,制定一份由48個(gè)形容詞組成的、與反社會(huì)型人格相關(guān)的形容詞列表。之后,我們選取了301名大學(xué)生被試對(duì)該形容詞列表進(jìn)行自我評(píng)價(jià),由此我們得出反社會(huì)型人格特質(zhì)中文形容詞描述問(wèn)卷(The Chinese Adjectival Descriptors for AntisocialPersonality Trait,CADAP)。 (2)我們選取了448名大學(xué)生被試對(duì)CADAP進(jìn)行自我評(píng)價(jià)。(3)我們選取了787名被試(青少年167名、成人大學(xué)生422名、人格障礙患者198名)對(duì)父母教養(yǎng)方式評(píng)價(jià)問(wèn)卷Parental Bonding Instrument(PBI)和人格障礙特質(zhì)維度問(wèn)卷Dimensional Assessment of Personality Pathology(DAPP)進(jìn)行自我評(píng)價(jià)。 結(jié)果 (1)反社會(huì)型人格特質(zhì)的結(jié)構(gòu)由三個(gè)因子組成,即“兇狠的(Fierce andMalicious)”,“進(jìn)攻性的(Assaulting)”和“氣量狹小的(Intolerant)”。這一結(jié)構(gòu)涵蓋了情感、行為和人際關(guān)系等三方面特征。 (2)我們開(kāi)發(fā)的問(wèn)卷CADAP具有良好的信度和結(jié)構(gòu)效度;并在中國(guó)大學(xué)生人群中建立了性別維度的CADAP常模。 (3)PBI的父親量表和母親量表均得了三因子的結(jié)構(gòu),分別被定義為關(guān)愛(ài)(Care),自由控制(Freedom Control)和自主性拒絕(Autonomy Denail)。這一結(jié)構(gòu)與在北美和歐洲文化中的研究結(jié)果基本一致。 (4)PBI尺度對(duì)DAPP中反社會(huì)型人格特質(zhì)有預(yù)測(cè)作用:高水平的母親自主性拒絕預(yù)測(cè)高水平的認(rèn)知歪曲、刺激尋求、冷酷、被動(dòng)攻擊、主觀(guān)拒絕、行為不良和猜疑等與反社會(huì)型人格相關(guān)的特質(zhì);低水平的母親關(guān)愛(ài)預(yù)測(cè)高水平的刺激尋求、被動(dòng)攻擊、主觀(guān)拒絕和行為不良等;低水平的父親關(guān)愛(ài)和高水平的父親自由控制預(yù)測(cè)了行為不良。 結(jié)論 (1)首次采用詞匯學(xué)方法,獲得了反社會(huì)型人格特質(zhì)的結(jié)構(gòu);在中國(guó)文化中,為了迎合集體主義的社交要求,人們會(huì)控制反社會(huì)情緒的外在表達(dá)(尤其是犯罪行為),將其轉(zhuǎn)化為內(nèi)化特征。 (2)消極的父母教養(yǎng)方式特別是雙親的低關(guān)愛(ài)、高自主性控制促進(jìn)了反社會(huì)型人格特質(zhì)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Background. Antisocial Personality disorder (APD) is characterized by "constant contempt, violation of the rights of others," which often begins in the early stages of childhood and adolescence. And continued to develop into adulthood, American Psychiatric Association.Because individuals with antisocial personality disorders often do not abide by social norms, often violate social laws or laws, or even cause personal harm to others. It threatens to maintain social stability and harmony. In Chinese culture, the structure of antisocial personality traits may be influenced by collectivism. Parental rearing style is one of the root influencing factors of the development of antisocial personality traits, therefore, it is particularly important to carry out in-depth research on antisocial personality traits and their influencing factors. Purpose. 1) to explore the structure of antisocial personality in Chinese culture; (2) to clarify the relationship between parental rearing style and antisocial personality traits. Method. We first selected adjectives describing antisocial personality from the dictionary, and made a list of 48 adjectives related to antisocial personality. We selected 301 college students for self-evaluation of the adjective list, and then we obtained the Chinese Adjectival Descriptors for AntisocialPersonality description questionnaire for Chinese adjectives of antisocial personality traits. We selected 448 college students for self-evaluation of CADAP.) We selected 787 subjects (167 adolescents, 422 adult college students). A total of 198 patients with personality disorder were assessed by Parental Bonding instrument (PBI) and Dimensional Assessment of Personality Pathology (DAPP). Results. (1) the structure of antisocial personality is composed of three factors, that is, "fierce fierce and Maliciousness"," aggressive Assaulting" and "Intolerantant". This structure covers three aspects: emotion, behavior and interpersonal relationship. 2) the questionnaire CADAP has good reliability and structural validity, and the CADAP norm of gender dimension has been established in Chinese college students. The father's scale and the mother's scale of PBI had a three-factor structure, which were defined as caretaker, Freedom Control and Autonomy denial respectively. This structure was basically consistent with the results of studies in North American and European cultures. PBI scales predict antisocial personality traits in DAPP: high levels of maternal autonomy refuse to predict high levels of cognitive distortion, stimulus seeking, cold, passive aggression, subjective rejection, The traits related to antisocial personality, such as behavioral disorder and suspicion, low level of maternal care, prediction of high level of stimulation seeking, passive attack, subjective rejection and bad behavior, etc. Low levels of fatherhood and high levels of paternal free control predict bad behavior. Conclusion. In order to meet the social needs of collectivism in Chinese culture, the structure of antisocial personality traits has been obtained for the first time in lexicology. People control the external expression of antisocial emotions (especially criminal behavior) and turn them into internalized characteristics. (2) negative parental rearing style, especially low parental care and high autonomy control promote the development of antisocial personality traits.
