英國ELLI項(xiàng)目學(xué)習(xí)力理論解讀及啟示

【摘要】:國內(nèi)外對學(xué)習(xí)力理論的研究主要集中在管理和教育兩大領(lǐng)域。當(dāng)前,我國已有研究多是借鑒國外管理領(lǐng)域?qū)W習(xí)力理論成果,而學(xué)習(xí)力理論在國外教育領(lǐng)域的研究至今還未引起足夠的重視。本文基于教育領(lǐng)域研究視角,對英國"有效終身學(xué)習(xí)編目"項(xiàng)目學(xué)習(xí)力理論的概念起源、主要研究成果及實(shí)踐應(yīng)用進(jìn)行細(xì)致解讀,在總結(jié)該項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)的同時(shí)提出幾點(diǎn)啟示,以期對我國中小學(xué)課堂上如何培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)終身時(shí)代發(fā)展的有效學(xué)習(xí)者提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:At home and abroad, the research on the theory of learning ability is mainly focused on the two fields of management and education. At present, most of the research in our country is based on the theory of learning ability in the field of management abroad. However, the theory of learning ability has not been paid enough attention to in the field of education abroad. Based on the perspective of educational research, this paper gives the origin of the concept of learning ability theory of "effective lifelong learning cataloguing" project in Britain. The main research results and practical application are interpreted in detail, and some enlightenments are put forward while summing up the experience of the project, in order to provide reference to how to train effective learners who adapt to the development of lifelong era in the classroom of primary and secondary schools in our country.
