【摘要】：目的探討團(tuán)體心理輔導(dǎo)對(duì)改善大學(xué)生人際關(guān)系和大學(xué)班集體健康狀況的影響。方法采用團(tuán)體心理輔導(dǎo)的方式對(duì)1個(gè)班級(jí)的45名同學(xué)進(jìn)行為期1個(gè)月的訓(xùn)練。結(jié)果大學(xué)生的總體人際困擾程度后測(cè)得分顯著低于前測(cè)得分(t=-2.88,P0.01);大學(xué)生在人際交談困擾程度(t=-2.46,P0.05)、人際交往困擾程度(t=-2.88,P0.05)2個(gè)維度上的得分均顯著低于前測(cè),班集體健康度也有一定程度的提高,其中團(tuán)體成員貢獻(xiàn)水平的后測(cè)得分顯著高于前測(cè)得分(t=2.27,P0.05)。結(jié)論團(tuán)體心理輔導(dǎo)能夠降低大學(xué)生的人際困擾程度和提高班集體的健康度。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of group psychological counseling on the improvement of college students' interpersonal relationship and class health. Methods 45 students in one class were trained by group counseling for one month. The post-test scores of the total interpersonal distress of college students were significantly lower than those of the pre-test scores, and the scores of the two dimensions were significantly lower than those of the pre-test, and the scores of the two dimensions were significantly lower than those of the pre-test, and the scores of the two dimensions were significantly lower than those of the pre-test, and the scores of the two dimensions were significantly lower than those of the pre-test, and the scores of the two dimensions were significantly lower than those of the pre-test. The posttest score of group members' contribution level was significantly higher than that of pre-test scores (2.27 / P0.05). Conclusion Group psychological counseling can reduce the degree of interpersonal distress of college students and improve their class health.
