【摘要】: 教師職業(yè)道德一直是教育界和社會廣泛關(guān)注的焦點問題,而隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的不斷發(fā)展,在教師隊伍中不斷出現(xiàn)職業(yè)道德失范的案例,這大大影響了教師在人們心目中的形象,而且對學(xué)生的身心造成了嚴(yán)重影響,教師職業(yè)道德失范問題也成為了一個很普遍的社會問題。但從目前情況上來看,對職業(yè)道德失范問題的研究,大部分是從社會學(xué)和倫理學(xué)的角度分析,很少從教師自身的心理方面來探討。教師職業(yè)道德失范行為的發(fā)生,應(yīng)當(dāng)也是教師心理問題的折射,研究教師職業(yè)道德失范的心理成因尤為重要。 本文在吸納和繼承前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,主要通過調(diào)查法與訪談法研究教師職業(yè)道德失范的問題,力圖對教師職業(yè)道德失范的心理成因進(jìn)行分析并提出應(yīng)對策略。 全文共分為四大部分,第一部分為引言,其中包括對問題提出、研究的理論與實踐價值、核心概念界定等的闡述;第二部分為文獻(xiàn)綜述,包括教師職業(yè)道德的產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展、教師職業(yè)道德規(guī)范、教師職業(yè)道德失范的國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究;第三部分為教師職業(yè)道德失范的心理成因分析;第四部分為教師職業(yè)道德失范的應(yīng)對策略。 本文的結(jié)論是:教師職業(yè)道德失范問題已經(jīng)成為一個較為普遍的問題,教師在“依法執(zhí)教”、“愛崗敬業(yè)”、“熱愛學(xué)生”、“嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)治學(xué)”、“團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作”、“尊重家長”、“廉潔從教”、“為人師表”八個方面中已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)了妨礙學(xué)生身心發(fā)展的各種不適當(dāng)或不良的行為,并且對學(xué)生造成了很深的影響,而這些行為大部分都是由于教師的職業(yè)壓力過大導(dǎo)致的心理問題的反應(yīng),例如焦躁、孤獨、壓抑等心理問題。
[Abstract]:The professional ethics of teachers has always been the focus of attention of the educational circles and the society. With the development of the economy and society, there have been cases of professional ethics loss in the teachers' ranks, which has greatly affected the image of teachers in people's minds. Moreover, it has had a serious impact on students' physical and mental health, and the problem of teachers' professional ethics anomie has also become a very common social problem. However, from the current situation, the study on the problem of professional ethics anomie has become a very common one. Most of them are analyzed from the angle of sociology and ethics, but rarely from the psychological aspect of teachers themselves. The occurrence of teachers' professional ethics anomie behavior should also be the reflection of teachers' psychological problems. It is particularly important to study the psychological causes of teachers' professional ethics anomie. On the basis of absorbing and inheriting the previous research results, this paper mainly studies the problem of teachers' professional ethics anomie by means of investigation and interview, and tries to analyze the psychological causes of teachers' professional ethics anomie and put forward some countermeasures. The paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, which includes the elaboration of the questions, the theoretical and practical value of the research, the definition of the core concepts, etc. The second part is the literature review, including the emergence and development of teachers' professional ethics. Teachers' professional ethics norms, teachers' professional ethics of the relevant research at home and abroad; the third part is the psychological causes of teachers' professional ethics anomie; the fourth part is the coping strategies of teachers' professional ethics anomie. The conclusion of this paper is that the problem of teachers' professional ethics anomie has become a relatively common problem. In the eight aspects of "teaching according to law", "loving one's profession", "loving one's career", "loving students", "rigorous study", "unity and cooperation", "respecting parents", "being honest in teaching" and "being good teachers", teachers have appeared various inappropriate or bad behaviors that hinder the students' physical and mental development. And it has a deep influence on students, and most of these behaviors are the reaction of psychological problems caused by teachers' occupational stress, such as anxiety, loneliness, depression and so on.
