摘要：

新世紀國際競爭的焦點體現(xiàn)在人才的競爭,因此人才的培養(yǎng)已成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。人才的培養(yǎng)主要依靠教育的力量,近幾年層出不窮五花八門的校園＂冷暴力＂事件,使社會各界對新世紀教師的素養(yǎng)問題提出了質(zhì)疑。新世紀教師素養(yǎng)的闕失主要表現(xiàn)在道德素養(yǎng)、知識素養(yǎng)、能力素養(yǎng)和心理素養(yǎng)四方面,教師素養(yǎng)的提高,需要教師自身、學(xué)生個體、學(xué)校管理者和政府等社會各界的齊心協(xié)力。

Abstract： 

There are the competitions of the talents in the new century,so the fostering talents have been an urgent affair.These years a series of ＂cold violence＂ accidents in campus have made all the classes think about teachers,and reflected on the absence and quality of teachers.This paper analyzes the moral quality,knowledge quality,capacity quality and psychology quality,and puts forward the strategies,which great efforts are needed by all the classes,including teachers,students,schools and governments.
