【摘要】： 隨著我國改革開放的不斷深入,社會競爭的加劇,當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的日常學(xué)習(xí)生活、擇業(yè)、就業(yè)等方面的心理健康問題日益突出,高職生作為大學(xué)生中的一個特殊群體,在成長過程中除了與普通高校學(xué)生有共性之外,還有一些自身的特點(diǎn)。如何實(shí)施高職生的心理健康教育,對他們的心理健康問題進(jìn)行調(diào)適,已成為當(dāng)前高職需要面對的首要問題。 我國政府對發(fā)展職業(yè)教育的高度重視,高職教育迅速發(fā)展,高職生在大學(xué)生人群中占據(jù)相當(dāng)比例。高職是我國高等教育的重要組成部分,高職生在我國的人才培養(yǎng)中具有重大意義,他們的心理素質(zhì)是培養(yǎng)的關(guān)鍵。本文分析了高職生的心理特點(diǎn),他們和大學(xué)生的心理既有共同之處也有自己獨(dú)有的特點(diǎn)。明確了高職心理健康教育的各項(xiàng)基本要求,分析高職生心理健康的基本狀況,提出了積極開展高職心理健康教育的幾個方面。本文通過安徽電氣工程職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院心理健康教育的開展實(shí)施,探索出對我國高職心理健康教育的有效途徑,并對高職生心理健康教育的發(fā)展趨勢進(jìn)行了預(yù)測。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's reform and opening up and the intensification of social competition, the psychological health problems of contemporary college students in their daily study, career selection and employment have become increasingly prominent. As a special group of college students, vocational college students have their own characteristics in the process of growing up and how to carry out the mental health education of higher vocational students. The adjustment of their mental health has become the most important problem in higher vocational education. Our government attaches great importance to the development of vocational education, vocational education has developed rapidly, vocational college students occupy a considerable proportion of the population of college students. Higher vocational education is an important part of our higher education. Higher vocational students are of great significance in the training of talents in our country, and their psychological quality is the key to the cultivation. This paper analyzes the psychological characteristics of higher vocational students. Their psychology and college students have both common points and their own unique characteristics. It clarifies the basic requirements of mental health education in higher vocational education and analyzes the basic state of mental health of vocational college students. Through the implementation of mental health education in Anhui Electrical Engineering Vocational and Technical College, this paper explores the effective ways of mental health education in higher vocational education of our country. The development trend of mental health education for higher vocational college students is forecasted.
