【摘要】：對教師進行新課程培訓以及對全社會進行基礎教育改革宣傳造勢是一項急需精心籌劃的長期任務,對此,電視傳播深具優(yōu)勢,但當前的遠程電視培訓沒有形成應有的影響力。為此,本文重新審視我國電視培訓節(jié)目的設計理念在主知主義統(tǒng)治下的困境與原因,并從西方遠程教育理論、教育解釋學、美國成人培訓經(jīng)驗圈理論的視角下透析遠程"教"與"學"行為再度整合的深層內(nèi)涵,以及一線教師在實踐新課程中積累的正反兩方面經(jīng)驗的價值,目的是使遠程電視培訓節(jié)目內(nèi)外的教育主體在對話交流的情境中逐步達成理解與視界的融合,從而實現(xiàn)跨越節(jié)目內(nèi)外時空與主體心靈的教育電視場域的重建。
[Abstract]:It is a long-term task for teachers to train the new curriculum and to propagate the reform of basic education in the whole society. However, the current distance television training has not formed its due influence. Therefore, this paper re-examines the plight and reasons of the design concept of TV training programs in China under the rule of the doctrine of the Lord's knowledge, and from the western distance education theory. From the perspective of educational hermeneutics, American adult training experience circle theory, this paper analyzes the deep connotation of the reintegration of distance "teaching" and "learning" behavior. As well as the value of both positive and negative experiences accumulated in the practice of the new curriculum, the purpose is to gradually achieve the integration of understanding and horizon in the context of dialogue and communication between the educational subjects inside and outside the long-distance TV training programs. So as to realize the reconstruction of educational television field across the space and time inside and outside the program and the mind of the subject.
