【摘要】：目的 :探討小學(xué)教師的心理健康狀況。方法 :采用王極盛教授編制的《中國人心理健康量表》對262名小學(xué)教師進(jìn)行測查。結(jié)果 :心理健康總體評分 ,有30.6 %的小學(xué)教師存在心理問題 ,其中2.7 %問題較嚴(yán)重。從區(qū)域上看 ,壩區(qū)小學(xué)教師心理問題較山區(qū)和城區(qū)小學(xué)教師嚴(yán)重。具體因子得分 ,各因子陽性癥狀比例在21 %～56 %之間 ,個(gè)別因子存在明顯的性別差異。結(jié)論 :小學(xué)教師心理問題以心理承受力差和適應(yīng)性差為主 ,情緒失調(diào) ,人際敏感和抑郁也較為明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective : To explore the mental health status of primary school teachers . Methods : The mental health status of 262 primary school teachers was investigated by using the Chinese Mental Health Scale ( Mental Health Scale ) compiled by Prof . Wang . Results : The psychological problems of primary school teachers in the dam area were more serious than those in the mountainous areas and urban areas .
