【摘要】：肌源性干細胞(muscle-derived stem cells,MDSC)是具有多胚層分化潛能和自我更新能力的成體干細胞群,在造血微環(huán)境的誘導下可分化為造血細胞,其造血能力是骨髓造血干細胞的10-14倍,有望成為替代造血干細胞治療某些骨髓疾患或腫瘤的備選干細胞之一,但在造血微環(huán)境下MDSC向造血細胞轉(zhuǎn)化的機制還不十分清晰。MDSC與造血干細胞在生物學特性、蛋白表達和細胞增殖方面有明顯差別。此外,MDSC中存在不同分化潛能的干細胞群,但其中具有造血分化潛能較少,而且與造血干細胞起源是否相同還有待進一步研究。本文主要就MDSC中有造血分化潛能的細胞群的分子表型、MDSC與造血干細胞區(qū)別、MDSC的起源及其應用前景做一綜述。
