健脾益肺化痰方對慢性阻塞性肺疾病模型大鼠肺功能及血氣的影響

【摘要】:目的探討健脾益肺化痰方對慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)模型大鼠肺功能及血氣的影響。方法 60只Wistar雄性大鼠隨機分為正常對照組、模型對照組、健脾益肺方組、化痰方組、健脾益肺化痰方組和羧甲司坦組,每組10只。除正常組外,其他各組采用單純香煙煙熏法建立COPD大鼠模型。健脾益肺方組、化痰方組、健脾益肺化痰方組和羧甲司坦組大鼠分別給予相應的藥物灌胃治療,模型組和正常組給予等體積的純凈水。末次給藥后,禁食12 h,對各組進行肺功能及動脈血氣分析。結果與正常對照組相比,模型對照組大鼠肺功能標準指標FEV_(0.3)/FVC及動脈血酸堿度(p H)、氧分壓(Pa O_2)、氧飽和度(Sa O_2)均降低(P0.05),二氧化碳分壓(Pa CO_2)升高(P0.05)。與模型對照組比較,健脾益肺方組、化痰方組、健脾益肺化痰方組的肺功能及血氣分析檢測指標出現(xiàn)不同程度改善(P0.05)。其中,與健脾益肺組(治本組)、化痰組(治標組)比較,健脾益肺化痰方組(標本兼治組)肺功能及血氣分析進一步改善。結論健脾益肺化痰系列方可以有效改善COPD大鼠肺功能及動脈血氣,其機制可能是通過"化痰"作用,抑制了杯狀細胞化生及黏液高分泌,使氣道分泌物減少,阻力降低,呼吸及動脈血流通暢。其中,健脾益肺化痰方對COPD大鼠肺功能及動脈血氣改善較明顯,這可能與其標本兼治"痰"的作用有關。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Jianpi Yifei Huatan recipe on pulmonary function and blood gas in rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD). Methods Sixty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, Jianpi Yifei recipe group, Huatan recipe group, Jianpi Yifei Huatan recipe group and Carboxychastan group with 10 rats in each group. In addition to the normal group, the COPD rat model was established by cigarette fumigation in other groups. The rats in Jianpi Yifei recipe group, Huatan recipe group, Jianpi Yifei Huatan recipe group and Carboxymethylastan group were treated with the corresponding drugs intragastrically, respectively. The model group and the normal group were given the same volume of pure water. After the last administration, pulmonary function and arterial blood gas were analyzed after fasting for 12 hours.
