健脾益肺化痰方對(duì)慢性阻塞性肺疾病模型大鼠肺功能及血?dú)獾挠绊?/H1>

【摘要】：目的探討健脾益肺化痰方對(duì)慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)模型大鼠肺功能及血?dú)獾挠绊�。方�?60只Wistar雄性大鼠隨機(jī)分為正常對(duì)照組、模型對(duì)照組、健脾益肺方組、化痰方組、健脾益肺化痰方組和羧甲司坦組,每組10只。除正常組外,其他各組采用單純香煙煙熏法建立COPD大鼠模型。健脾益肺方組、化痰方組、健脾益肺化痰方組和羧甲司坦組大鼠分別給予相應(yīng)的藥物灌胃治療,模型組和正常組給予等體積的純凈水。末次給藥后,禁食12 h,對(duì)各組進(jìn)行肺功能及動(dòng)脈血?dú)夥治�。結(jié)果與正常對(duì)照組相比,模型對(duì)照組大鼠肺功能標(biāo)準(zhǔn)指標(biāo)FEV_(0.3)/FVC及動(dòng)脈血酸堿度(p H)、氧分壓(Pa O_2)、氧飽和度(Sa O_2)均降低(P0.05),二氧化碳分壓(Pa CO_2)升高(P0.05)。與模型對(duì)照組比較,健脾益肺方組、化痰方組、健脾益肺化痰方組的肺功能及血?dú)夥治鰴z測(cè)指標(biāo)出現(xiàn)不同程度改善(P0.05)。其中,與健脾益肺組(治本組)、化痰組(治標(biāo)組)比較,健脾益肺化痰方組(標(biāo)本兼治組)肺功能及血?dú)夥治鲞M(jìn)一步改善。結(jié)論健脾益肺化痰系列方可以有效改善COPD大鼠肺功能及動(dòng)脈血?dú)?其機(jī)制可能是通過(guò)"化痰"作用,抑制了杯狀細(xì)胞化生及黏液高分泌,使氣道分泌物減少,阻力降低,呼吸及動(dòng)脈血流通暢。其中,健脾益肺化痰方對(duì)COPD大鼠肺功能及動(dòng)脈血?dú)飧纳戚^明顯,這可能與其標(biāo)本兼治"痰"的作用有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Jianpi Yifei Huatan recipe on pulmonary function and blood gas in rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD). Methods Sixty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, Jianpi Yifei recipe group, Huatan recipe group, Jianpi Yifei Huatan recipe group and Carboxychastan group with 10 rats in each group.
