【摘要】：背景:六神丸是傳統(tǒng)中藥復(fù)方,具有清熱解毒,散結(jié)消腫止痛之功效�，F(xiàn)代藥理證明六神丸具有抗炎、鎮(zhèn)痛、強(qiáng)心、抗病毒、抗腫瘤等作用,臨床上常用于各類感染性疾病、惡性腫瘤的治療。目的:探討六神丸對食管癌移植瘤的抑瘤作用及對微血管密度、血管內(nèi)皮生長因子表達(dá)的影響。方法:通過復(fù)制人食管癌裸鼠移植瘤模型,將48只裸鼠隨機(jī)分為六神丸高劑量組、六神丸中劑量組、六神丸低劑量組、順鉑組、模型組、空白組,按照給藥方案用藥。用藥20 d后處死動物,稱量瘤體質(zhì)量,計算抑瘤率;免疫組化檢測瘤組織微血管密度、血管內(nèi)皮生長因子的表達(dá)。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:六神丸高、中、低劑量組、順鉑組的移植瘤質(zhì)量明顯低于模型組,差異有顯著性意義(P0.05)。六神丸高、中、低劑量各組移植瘤內(nèi)微血管密度、血管內(nèi)皮生長因子的表達(dá)明顯低于模型組,但沒有順鉑組明顯。結(jié)果表明六神丸對食管癌移植瘤生長有明顯抑制作用,通過下調(diào)腫瘤組織血管內(nèi)皮生長因子表達(dá)活性、降低微血管密度,可能是六神丸抑瘤作用機(jī)制之一。
[Abstract]:Background: Liushen Pill is a traditional Chinese medicine compound, it has the effect of clearing heat and detoxifying, eliminating swelling and relieving pain. Modern pharmacology proves that Liushen Pill has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, heart-strengthening, anti-virus, anti-tumor and other effects. It is often used in the clinical treatment of various infectious diseases and malignant tumors. Aim: to investigate the effect of Liushen pill on tumor inhibition and microvessel density (MVD) and expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in transplanted tumor of esophageal carcinoma. Methods: 48 nude mice were randomly divided into three groups: high dose group, middle dose group, low dose group, cisplatin group, model group and blank group. The mice were randomly divided into three groups: high dose group, middle dose group, low dose group, cisplatin group, model group and blank group. After 20 days, the animals were killed, weighing the tumor body mass and calculating the tumor inhibition rate, and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and microvessel density (MVD) in the tumor tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results & conclusion: the quality of transplanted tumor in high, middle, low dose group and cisplatin group was significantly lower than that in model group (P0.05). The microvessel density and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) were significantly lower in the high, middle and low dose groups than those in the model group, but no significant difference was found in the cisplatin group. The results showed that Liushen pill could significantly inhibit the growth of transplanted tumor of esophageal carcinoma. It may be one of the mechanisms of Liushen pill to inhibit tumor growth by down-regulating the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and reducing the microvessel density (MVD) of tumor tissue.
