【摘要】： 動(dòng)脈韌帶是動(dòng)脈導(dǎo)管閉鎖后形成的遺跡性韌帶。連接于主動(dòng)脈與肺動(dòng)脈之間,位于動(dòng)脈導(dǎo)管三角中間。動(dòng)脈導(dǎo)管三角位于縱隔部深層,是由左側(cè)迷走神經(jīng)、左側(cè)膈神經(jīng)和左肺動(dòng)脈圍成的三角區(qū)域。其中重要結(jié)構(gòu)為動(dòng)脈導(dǎo)管韌帶,主動(dòng)脈弓,還有左迷走神經(jīng)分支,喉返神經(jīng)等,其外面緊鄰左肺。此三角區(qū)域與臨床上動(dòng)脈導(dǎo)管未閉手術(shù)有密切聯(lián)系,而且結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜。近年來,國(guó)內(nèi)外的許多學(xué)者對(duì)動(dòng)脈導(dǎo)管三角做了研究,但由于對(duì)該區(qū)域結(jié)構(gòu)的研究角度的不同,使得動(dòng)脈韌帶及動(dòng)脈導(dǎo)管區(qū)域的解剖學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)資料仍顯不足。本文利用40具防腐成人胸部標(biāo)本,進(jìn)行解剖,觀察動(dòng)脈導(dǎo)管三角的形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu),動(dòng)脈韌帶(導(dǎo)管)、喉返神經(jīng)的形態(tài),對(duì)重要結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行量化分析,以期望為今后的臨床手術(shù)及保護(hù)重要的神經(jīng)、血管提供顯微解剖學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Arterial ligaments are traceable ligaments formed after atresia of ductus arteriosus. Connected between the aorta and the pulmonary artery, in the middle of the ductus arteriosus triangle. The ductus arteriosus triangle, located deep in the mediastinum, is a triangular region surrounded by the left vagus nerve, the left phrenic nerve, and the left pulmonary artery. The important structures are the ligament of ductus arteriosus, aortic arch, branches of left vagal nerve, recurrent laryngeal nerve and so on, which are adjacent to the left lung. This triangle area is closely related to clinical patent ductus arteriosus surgery, and the structure is complex. In recent years, many scholars at home and abroad have done research on the triangle of ductus arteriosus, but the anatomical data of the arterial ligament and ductus arteriosus region are still insufficient due to the different angle of study on the structure of the region. Forty adult thoracic specimens were dissected to observe the morphological structure of the ductus arteriosus triangle, the arterial ligament (ductus arteriosus) and the recurrent laryngeal nerve (RLN), and quantitatively analyze the important structures. It is expected to provide microanatomical basis for future clinical operation and protection of important nerves and vessels.
