【摘要】：胃食管反流病是消化系統(tǒng)常見難治病種,其癥狀多樣反復(fù)、病機(jī)復(fù)雜未明,相關(guān)臨床研究和動物實(shí)驗(yàn)都是中西醫(yī)研究的熱點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。目前,其模型制作多涉及手術(shù)造模、食管氣囊擴(kuò)張制備、酸性物質(zhì)和胃蛋白酶建立三種形式。中醫(yī)治療胃食管反流病多有特點(diǎn),證型分類多元,針對難治性胃食管反流病常常有出奇制勝的效果;單純運(yùn)用西醫(yī)造模方法進(jìn)行中醫(yī)研究,不符合中醫(yī)辨證論治的理論基礎(chǔ)和臨床運(yùn)用的實(shí)際情況。中醫(yī)研究應(yīng)根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)要求和目的,制備符合疾病特性的合理造模方式,并強(qiáng)調(diào)探索病證結(jié)合的動物模型。當(dāng)前情況下,探索病證結(jié)合動物模型的工作剛剛開始,得到推廣較少,缺乏共識性評價體系;如何提高模型成功率、降低成本和大鼠死亡率成為下一步研究的重點(diǎn)方向。
[Abstract]:Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a common refractory disease in the digestive system. The symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease are various and repeated, the pathogenesis is complicated, and the related clinical studies and animal experiments are the hot and difficult points in the research of TCM and Western medicine. At present, most of the models are made by operation, dilatation of esophagus sac, establishment of acid substance and pepsin. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease has more characteristics, multiple classification of syndromes, difficult gastroesophageal reflux disease often has the effect of outlandish victory; It is not in accordance with the theoretical basis of TCM differentiation and treatment and the actual situation of clinical application to use the method of model making in western medicine. According to the requirements and objectives of the experiment, the research of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) should make a reasonable model according to the characteristics of the disease, and emphasize the exploration of the animal model of the combination of disease and syndromes. At present, the work of exploring animal models combining disease and syndrome has just begun, which has been less popularized, and lack of consensus evaluation system. How to improve the success rate of the model, reduce the cost and rat mortality become the focus of the next research direction.
