結(jié)核分枝桿菌逃逸免疫殺傷機(jī)制的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:結(jié)核分枝桿菌(Mycobacterium tuberculosis,MTB)是典型的胞內(nèi)致病菌,感染機(jī)體后主要寄居于宿主巨噬細(xì)胞內(nèi)。巨噬細(xì)胞作為機(jī)體防御系統(tǒng)的第一道防線,可通過介導(dǎo)和調(diào)控自身及其他細(xì)胞凋亡而實(shí)現(xiàn)其免疫調(diào)節(jié)、免疫殺傷及清除病原菌的作用。MTB感染機(jī)體后可通過多種途徑使巨噬細(xì)胞不能正常凋亡,借以逃避巨噬細(xì)胞的免疫監(jiān)視及清除,繼而在體內(nèi)衍生繁殖。進(jìn)一步探討結(jié)核分枝桿菌逃逸宿主細(xì)胞的免疫殺傷機(jī)制,對(duì)宿主細(xì)胞抗結(jié)核免疫及人們更好地防治結(jié)核病具有深遠(yuǎn)影響。
[Abstract]:Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mycobacterium) is a typical intracellular pathogen, which mainly inhabits the host macrophage after infection. As the first line of defense in the body's defense system, macrophages can regulate their immunity by mediating and regulating their own and other cell apoptosis. Immune killing and removing pathogenic bacteria. After MTB infection, macrophages can not apoptosis normally, so as to escape the immune surveillance and clearance of macrophages, and then reproduce in vivo. Further study on the immune killing mechanism of the escape host cells of Mycobacterium tuberculosis has a profound effect on anti-tuberculosis immunity of host cells and better prevention and treatment of tuberculosis.
