【摘要】：正良性前列腺增生(benign prostate hyperplasia,BPH)為全球中老年男性常發(fā)疾病,除手術(shù)途徑外,相當(dāng)部分患者選擇長(zhǎng)期藥物治療,因此開(kāi)發(fā)用于此類(lèi)藥物研究的生物模型至關(guān)重要。BPH模型建立應(yīng)綜合考慮該病發(fā)病特點(diǎn)和致病因素,比如性激素比例失衡~([1]),雄激素依賴(lài)和年齡的增長(zhǎng)等,盡可能培育出組織形態(tài)、病理特征、并發(fā)癥等特點(diǎn)與人類(lèi)疾病相符的體內(nèi)外理想模型。目前常在藥效學(xué)考察領(lǐng)域
[Abstract]:Benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) is a common disease in middle-aged and elderly men around the world. In addition to the surgical approach, a significant number of patients choose long-term drug therapy. Therefore, the development of biological models for the study of such drugs is essential. The establishment of BPH models should take into account the characteristics and pathogenic factors of the disease, such as the imbalance of sex hormone ratio ([1], androgen dependence and age, etc.), so as to develop tissue morphology as far as possible. An ideal model in vivo and in vitro for the pathological features and complications of human diseases. At present, it is in the field of pharmacodynamics investigation.
