功能成像中的負激活及其網(wǎng)絡(luò)探索

【摘要】: 負激活是腦功能成像研究中一種非常普遍的現(xiàn)象,但由于其機理尚不明晰,之前的腦功能研究主要集中在與任務(wù)相關(guān)的激活區(qū)域上,直到近來對負激活區(qū)域的研究才逐漸成為熱點。在負激活的研究中發(fā)現(xiàn)包括后扣帶回等腦區(qū)在不同的任務(wù)情況下均出現(xiàn)了相似的負激活現(xiàn)象,而這些腦區(qū)所參與的功能又是人腦最基本的認知功能,因此功能成像時的負激活可以反應(yīng)人腦的基本狀態(tài),對研究人腦的基本認知功能有著重要的意義。 本文基于功能磁共振成像技術(shù)對負激活現(xiàn)象分別采用SPM和復雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)的分析方法對負激活現(xiàn)象進行了系統(tǒng)的研究和討論。本文共分三部分內(nèi)容: 1.對腦科學基礎(chǔ)進行了較為全面的介紹。介紹和分析了幾種常見的腦功能成像技術(shù)的成像原理及優(yōu)勢,并對腦功能數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件包SPM的基本原理與數(shù)據(jù)處理方法做了介紹。 2.詳細介紹了大腦中的負激活概念和研究現(xiàn)狀,并對數(shù)字加工的認知實驗中的負激活現(xiàn)象進行分析,除了后扣帶回、前扣帶回、楔葉,楔葉和前額葉內(nèi)側(cè)等區(qū)域之外,還發(fā)現(xiàn)了腦島區(qū)域的顯著負激活。結(jié)合各腦區(qū)在靜息狀態(tài)下的認知功能,對于負激活現(xiàn)象的生理機制做了初步分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)了腦島在聽覺認知中起著重要的作用。 3.將復雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論引入到負激活的現(xiàn)象分析之中,建立了符號方向判別任務(wù)的負激活網(wǎng)絡(luò)。通過對度值和介數(shù)值的計算,不僅從局域的角度闡述了網(wǎng)絡(luò)中某個體與其他個體之間的相互作用,而且還從整體的角度研究了個體在系統(tǒng)中的作用。統(tǒng)計網(wǎng)絡(luò)中度值和介數(shù)值前十大點所在的腦區(qū),初步推測后扣帶回是符號方向判別任務(wù)中負激活的關(guān)鍵性區(qū)域。
[Abstract]:Negative activation is a very common phenomenon in brain functional imaging, but because of its unclear mechanism, previous brain function studies mainly focus on task-related activation areas. Until recently, the research on the negative activation area has gradually become a hot topic. In the negative activation research, it was found that the brain regions including posterior cingulate gyrus showed similar negative activation phenomena in different tasks. The function of these brain regions is the most basic cognitive function of human brain, so the negative activation of functional imaging can reflect the basic state of human brain, and it is of great significance to study the basic cognitive function of human brain. In this paper, the negative activation phenomenon based on functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) is systematically studied and discussed by using SPM and complex network analysis methods, respectively. There are three parts in this paper: 1. The basis of brain science is introduced, and the imaging principles and advantages of several common brain functional imaging techniques are introduced and analyzed. The basic principle and data processing method of SPM are introduced. 2. The concept and research status of negative activation in the brain are introduced in detail, and the phenomenon of negative activation in the cognitive experiment of digital processing is analyzed, except for the posterior cingulate gyrus, anterior cingulate gyrus and cuneiform lobe. In addition to the medial prefrontal lobe and wedge lobe, significant negative activation of the insular area was also found. The physiological mechanism of the negative activation phenomenon was preliminarily analyzed in combination with the cognitive function of the brain regions in the resting state. It is found that the brain island plays an important role in auditory cognition. 3. The complex network theory is introduced into the analysis of the phenomenon of negative activation, and the negative activation network of the symbolic direction discriminating task is established. The calculation of the logarithmic value and the medium value is carried out. Not only from the local point of view, the interaction between one body and other individuals in the network is expounded. At the same time, the function of individual in the system is studied from the whole angle. It is preliminarily assumed that the posterior cingulate gyrus is the key area of negative activation in the symbolic direction discrimination task.
