【摘要】： 目的:了解蘭州市中學(xué)生心理健康狀況、自殺態(tài)度、自殺意念的發(fā)生情況,分析其流行病學(xué)特征,探討其影響因素;為提高中學(xué)生心理健康水平、減少自殺發(fā)生率及心理危機(jī)干預(yù)提供理論依據(jù)。 方法:本研究采取多階段分層整群抽樣方法獲取目標(biāo)樣本,使用自編一般情況調(diào)查表、中學(xué)生心理健康量表(MSSMHS)、自殺態(tài)度問卷(QSA)、自殺行為評定表、青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)、父母教養(yǎng)方式評價(jià)表(EMBU),對蘭州市八所中初、高中學(xué)生2552名中學(xué)生進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。采用Epidata3.01軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行雙錄入和建立數(shù)據(jù)庫,應(yīng)用SPSS13.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件包對數(shù)據(jù)的進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,主要采用描述性分析、非條件logistic回歸分析、t檢驗(yàn)、x~2檢驗(yàn)等。 結(jié)果:所調(diào)查中學(xué)生中存在不同程度心理健康問題的占40.91%,對自殺持肯定態(tài)度的占10.93%,自殺行為的檢出率為28.45,其中自殺意念檢出率23.75%,性別、學(xué)習(xí)階段、學(xué)校類別間在自殺態(tài)度、自殺意念上有差異。有自殺傾向的7.68%。Logistic回歸分析的結(jié)果顯示,性別、抑郁、焦慮、厭學(xué)、學(xué)習(xí)壓力、有無自殺家族史、是否看黃色書刊、是否網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮、父母婚姻是否穩(wěn)定、是否談戀愛是產(chǎn)生自殺意念的綜合因素。 結(jié)論:蘭州市中學(xué)生中存在不同程度心理健康問題并對自殺行為持肯定態(tài)度的學(xué)生人數(shù)較多,易產(chǎn)生自殺意念,對自殺行為及自殺態(tài)度的認(rèn)識不容樂觀。其中女生更突出,高中生多于初中生,重點(diǎn)中學(xué)高于普通及職業(yè)中學(xué)學(xué)生。應(yīng)及時(shí)采取干預(yù)措施,降低自殺發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the mental health status, suicide attitude and suicide ideation among middle school students in Lanzhou, analyze their epidemiological characteristics and explore the influencing factors, so as to provide theoretical basis for improving the mental health level, reducing the incidence of suicide and psychological crisis intervention.
Methods: This study adopted stratified cluster sampling method to obtain the target sample, using the self-made general questionnaire, middle school student mental health scale (MSSMHS), Dutch act attitude questionnaire (QSA), Dutch act behavior rating scale, adolescent life event scale (ASLEC), the father mother rearing pattern evaluation scale (EMBU), Lanzhou in early eight, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 2552 middle school students of senior high school students. Double entry and the establishment of a database of data using Epidata3.01 software, using the SPSS13.0 statistical software package for statistical analysis of the data, descriptive analysis, non conditional logistic regression analysis, t test, x~2 test and so on.
Results: the survey of mental health problems of middle school students in different degree accounted for 40.91%, hold a positive attitude towards Dutch act accounted for 10.93%, the detection rate was 28.45 Dutch act behavior, which Dutch act ideation 23.75%, gender, learning stage, school classes in Dutch act attitude, have different ideas on suicidal Dutch act. 7.68%.Logistic regression analysis the results showed that gender, depression, anxiety, learning, learning pressure, there is no Dutch act family history, to see whether the yellow book, whether Internet addiction, parents' marital stability, whether love is generated from the comprehensive factors to kill ideas.
Conclusion: Lanzhou city middle school students have some mental health problems and the number of students hold a positive attitude on Dutch act behavior, easy to produce Dutch act ideation, understanding of the behavior and attitude of the Dutch act Dutch act is not optimistic. The girls are more prominent, more than junior high school students, high school students is higher than that of normal weight and occupation high school students should take timely. The intervention measures to reduce the incidence of Dutch act.
