【摘要】：正今年全國"兩會","房價"問題毫無懸念地受到廣泛關注。本輪房價上漲已經持續(xù)兩年時間,仍未有"偃旗息鼓"的跡象,甚至以北京"學區(qū)房"為代表的交易市場在沉寂了一個冬天之后再現"量價齊升"的盛況。去年"十一"前后多地已經相繼出臺樓市調控政策以抑制房價過快上漲,但是今年春天房地產行情的"卷土重來",再次迫使北京等熱點城市繼續(xù)加碼調控力度。
[Abstract]:This year, the National "two sessions", "house prices" issue without suspense to receive widespread attention. The current rise in house prices has been going on for two years, but there is no sign of "calming down", and even the trading market, represented by Beijing's "school district housing", has seen a "rise in volume and price" after a winter of silence. Last year, several places have introduced housing regulation policies to curb the rapid rise in property prices, but this spring, the real estate market "made a comeback", again forcing Beijing and other hot cities to continue to tighten control.
