X公司航運(yùn)融資租賃業(yè)務(wù)的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式研究

在2008年席卷全球的金融危機(jī)爆發(fā)后,占全球運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)主導(dǎo)地位的航運(yùn)市場(chǎng)陷入低谷,銀行業(yè)緊縮銀根,船舶融資問(wèn)題難逐一顯現(xiàn),使得航運(yùn)企業(yè)在經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中遇到各種各樣的問(wèn)題。在這種背景下,船運(yùn)融資租賃作為一種新興的融資模式快速崛起,一大批以船運(yùn)融資租賃為主業(yè)的公司出現(xiàn)并迅速占領(lǐng)了市場(chǎng)。當(dāng)前,隨著航運(yùn)市場(chǎng)的深刻變革和近10年租賃業(yè)的跨越式發(fā)展,我國(guó)海事金融事業(yè)已站在了歷史新起點(diǎn)上,融資租賃公司也需要高度重視風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,加速?gòu)馁Y本優(yōu)勢(shì)向?qū)I(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)升級(jí)。X公司隸屬于一家廣東本地某金融控股集團(tuán),公司主營(yíng)融資租賃、船運(yùn)融資租賃,公司具備良好的經(jīng)營(yíng)背景,在發(fā)展中,公司希望通過(guò)加大、改進(jìn)航運(yùn)類租賃板塊業(yè)務(wù),優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有船運(yùn)融資租賃運(yùn)營(yíng)模式,提高市場(chǎng)占有率,滿足公司戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的需求。本文以X公司作為研究對(duì)象,針對(duì)其現(xiàn)有的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式進(jìn)行了研究,并結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者的研究理論及研究案例,找出了目前其運(yùn)營(yíng)模式和市場(chǎng)脫節(jié)的地方,發(fā)現(xiàn)了一些問(wèn)題及進(jìn)行原因分析,然后提出相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)建議。認(rèn)為X公司目前的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式在資金使用率、業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)以及市場(chǎng)拓展方面還存在著一些問(wèn)題,固有的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式成為X公司發(fā)展的主要瓶頸。通過(guò)對(duì)X公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)情況、所處環(huán)境及運(yùn)...
