【摘要】：交通運輸業(yè)務(wù)是影響濱海邊疆區(qū)經(jīng)濟的關(guān)鍵因素之一。在其經(jīng)濟和社會指標中,濱海邊疆區(qū)的運輸分局已經(jīng)成為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟專業(yè)化的基本分支之一。交通運輸部門已經(jīng)成為其在遠東濱海邊疆區(qū)和平穩(wěn)運行的社會地位取決于該地區(qū)的主要納稅人。運輸部門的發(fā)展和現(xiàn)代化是促進這一地區(qū)的社會和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的原因。濱海邊疆區(qū)交通分局的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作用是通過傳統(tǒng)的海上運輸發(fā)揮。交通基建,包括改善供油服務(wù)水平的發(fā)展,顯著提高了海上交通的運行效率。 傳統(tǒng)上,港口(包括商港和漁港)一直負責(zé)為船舶加油。但是,隨著港口的功能轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)闉楸姸嗟钠髽I(yè)泊位服務(wù),嚴重的問題成為港口的結(jié)構(gòu)成品油輸送海洋運輸基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的這個地區(qū),并發(fā)癥下放的結(jié)果。海端口不能與由于他們堅持傳統(tǒng)的集中工作方法新興的管理困難。因此,由獨立公司及建筑物內(nèi)進行加油的服務(wù)市場被創(chuàng)造和開發(fā)。MorTransBunker有限責(zé)任公司就是這樣的企業(yè)之一。 許多最初在海上供油市場開展獨立供油業(yè)務(wù)的公司現(xiàn)在實際上成為了中介機構(gòu)(甚至是經(jīng)紀人帶來的客戶和承包商一起)。在海上供油業(yè)務(wù)有效地參與保護了企業(yè)的發(fā)展假定滿足以下要求：保證石油產(chǎn)品采購的連續(xù)性；供油業(yè)務(wù)設(shè)施可用性(油店,加油裝置等)；石油產(chǎn)品出貨協(xié)作體系；公司的營銷結(jié)構(gòu)。 供油業(yè)務(wù)在本地區(qū)的發(fā)展將改善海運船舶服務(wù)質(zhì)量,同時,將提高海上運輸船隊的運作效率,降低貨物運輸組件的成本價格。 上述的與供油公司允許的最大使用容量濱海邊疆區(qū)交通運輸系統(tǒng)中的海洋部分的運作效率提高連接的論文議題是目前非常重要的。 本文的目的是研究MorTransBunker有限責(zé)任公司經(jīng)營效率的提高。主要工作有： (1)分析船舶加油市場在該地區(qū)的情況及其發(fā)展前景。 (2)分析該公司在海上供油市場上的地位。 (3)分析油輪船隊的性能,包括它在過去三年(2011-2013年)的基本性能標準,業(yè)務(wù)標準和經(jīng)濟標準。 (4)識別影響船舶營運的負面因素。 (5)給就使用油輪船隊的船只提供服務(wù)的漁業(yè)貿(mào)易效率改進的具體建議。
