龍口港與城市經濟互動發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:在改革開放政策和經濟全球化的推動下,港口成為與國際連接通道的重要節(jié)點,是區(qū)域加入經濟全球化和社會分工的基礎,港口周邊200公里內城市,充分利用港口的有利條件,成為我國經濟較為發(fā)達的地域。經過改革開放20多年來的實踐,港口在城市發(fā)展過程中的作用得到了廣泛的認可,“港為城用,城以港興”,“要開放,先建港”是人們對于港口對區(qū)域和城市發(fā)展影響的總結。 港口不僅對其所在城市的經濟發(fā)展有巨大的推動作用,而且能帶動其周邊區(qū)域和腹地的經濟發(fā)展。同時港口城市的經濟發(fā)展可以提高港口的競爭力,同時為港口提供更多更好的貨源和配套設施。港城發(fā)展和港口經濟之間的關系日益密切,隨著市場經濟的不斷發(fā)展及城市的加速成長,港口在其所在城市經濟發(fā)展中的作用將會更大。因此,科學評價港口與其所在城市經濟的互動發(fā)展就顯得格外重要。 龍口港作為龍口市唯一的港口,對龍口市的經濟發(fā)展產生的影響可謂舉足輕重,近年來港口規(guī)模的擴大和集疏運體系的完善都極大推動了龍口市經濟的發(fā)展,本文從理論和實證上,選取龍口港各主要貨種吞吐量相關數據,探討港口發(fā)展與港城經濟的發(fā)展問題,闡述了港城經濟如何帶動港口發(fā)展以及港口與港城經濟的關系。文章一方面揭示了港城關系的變遷過程,另一方面也揭示了港城關系相互作用的機理。 本文首先對國內外學者的研究現(xiàn)狀及研究方法進行了綜合整理,并給出本文研究的主要內容,其次闡述了港口與港城經濟互動發(fā)展的理論,接著對港口與城市經濟的關系做了定性評價,用灰色關聯(lián)分析方法探討了港口與城市經濟指標之間關聯(lián)程度。通過構造含有吞吐量變量的新的生產函數,解釋港口在城市經濟貢獻中的顯著性。在文章的最后提出了港口與城市協(xié)調發(fā)展的建議性對策。
[Abstract]:Driven by the policies of reform and opening up and economic globalization, the port has become an important node in the international link and is the basis for regional participation in the economic globalization and social division of labour. The port is surrounded by cities within 200 kilometers, making full use of the favorable conditions of the port. Become our country economy more developed area. After more than 20 years of reform and opening up, the role of ports in the process of urban development has been widely recognized. The first port is a summary of the impact of port on regional and urban development. The port can not only promote the economic development of its city, but also promote the economic development of its surrounding area and hinterland. At the same time, the economic development of the port city can improve the competitiveness of the port, and provide more and better supply and supporting facilities for the port. The relationship between port city development and port economy is increasingly close. With the continuous development of market economy and the accelerated growth of the city, the port will play a greater role in the economic development of its city. Therefore, the scientific evaluation of the port and its city economic interaction is particularly important. Longkou Port, as the only port in Longkou City, has an important impact on the economic development of Longkou City. In recent years, the expansion of port scale and the perfection of collecting and distributing system have greatly promoted the economic development of Longkou City. Based on the theoretical and empirical data, this paper discusses the relationship between port development and port economy, and discusses how port economy drives port development and the relationship between port and port economy. On the one hand, the paper reveals the changing process of the relationship between the port and the city, on the other hand, it also reveals the mechanism of the interaction between the port and the city. In this paper, the current situation and research methods of scholars at home and abroad are summarized, and the main contents of this paper are given. Secondly, the theory of economic interaction between port and city is expounded. Then the relationship between port and urban economy is evaluated qualitatively, and the degree of correlation between port and urban economic index is discussed by grey correlation analysis. By constructing a new production function with throughput variable, the significance of port in urban economic contribution is explained. At the end of the article, the author puts forward some suggestions for the coordinated development of port and city.
