【摘要】：作為重要的物流樞紐,碼頭當(dāng)前面臨著國內(nèi)外需求萎縮和企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理有待提升的巨大挑戰(zhàn),通過引入六西格碼可以指導(dǎo)企業(yè)消除有缺陷的過程,產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),從而達(dá)到提升績效的目的。 本文首先通過對文獻(xiàn)的研究分析了六西格瑪?shù)膶?shí)質(zhì)和特點(diǎn),并通過對摩托羅拉和通用電器等成功企業(yè)案例分析并綜合了質(zhì)量管理和變革管理等方法,總結(jié)推進(jìn)六西格瑪?shù)牟呗灾饕獮椋焊邔宇I(lǐng)導(dǎo)做出承諾、基于項(xiàng)目實(shí)施六西格瑪、培訓(xùn)六西格瑪專家以及通過激勵來推動變革。然后通過對個案分析法和訪談法對鹽田國際集裝箱碼頭有限公司(簡稱YICT)推行六西格瑪進(jìn)行研究,總結(jié)鹽田國際在推進(jìn)六西格瑪?shù)倪^程中結(jié)合自身實(shí)際情況所制定的切實(shí)可行的推進(jìn)方法。 最后本文通過對YICT的六西格瑪推進(jìn)過程的思考進(jìn)行總結(jié),并提出個人的體會和啟示
[Abstract]:As an important logistics hub, wharf is facing a huge challenge of shrinking domestic and international demand and internal management of enterprises. The introduction of six Sigma codes can guide enterprises to eliminate defective processes, products and services. In order to achieve the purpose of improving performance. Firstly, this paper analyzes the essence and characteristics of six Sigma through the research of literature, and analyzes and synthesizes the methods of quality management and change management through the case study of successful enterprises such as Motorola and General Electric. Summing up the strategies for advancing six Sigma are: commitment by senior leaders, implementation of six Sigma based on project, Train six Sigma experts and promote change through incentives. Then study Yantian International Container Terminal Co., Ltd. (YICTs) through case analysis and interviews to promote six Sigma. This paper summarizes the practical methods of advancing six Sigma developed by Yantian International in the light of its own actual situation. Finally, this paper summarizes the six Sigma advance process of YICT, and puts forward the personal experience and enlightenment.
