【摘要】:人無遠(yuǎn)慮,必有近憂。處于現(xiàn)代市場環(huán)境條件下的企業(yè),其生存和發(fā)展必須具備長遠(yuǎn)的觀點(diǎn),要把企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略作為企業(yè)管理的核心內(nèi)容。企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略是公司通過協(xié)調(diào)、配置或構(gòu)造其在多個(gè)市場上的活動(dòng)來創(chuàng)造價(jià)值的方式,可以被看作為組織內(nèi)部資源管理和組織與外部聯(lián)系的過程。因此,企業(yè)應(yīng)以資源作為戰(zhàn)略管理的基礎(chǔ),圍繞資源的合理配置與利用,確定業(yè)務(wù)組合計(jì)劃,制定和實(shí)施公司戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。本論文以一家民營企業(yè)D運(yùn)輸集團(tuán)公司為例,從資源戰(zhàn)略觀的視角,研究該集團(tuán)的駕駛培訓(xùn)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,使不斷變化的市場競爭環(huán)境與企業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展的資源相匹配,以創(chuàng)造持久的競爭優(yōu)勢。本文對D運(yùn)輸集團(tuán)駕駛培訓(xùn)業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀、外部環(huán)境分析和內(nèi)部資源狀況進(jìn)行研究,分析駕駛培訓(xùn)業(yè)務(wù)與其他主營業(yè)務(wù)的資源、能力的匹配情況,區(qū)分哪些是支撐駕駛培訓(xùn)業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)展的核心資源與能力,支持其發(fā)展的核心資源與能力的不足在哪里,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的問題。通過對駕駛培訓(xùn)業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略因素進(jìn)行全面的SWOT分析,制定D運(yùn)輸集團(tuán)駕駛培訓(xùn)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。運(yùn)用五力模型分析D運(yùn)輸集團(tuán)駕駛培訓(xùn)業(yè)務(wù)的競爭環(huán)境,分析駕駛培訓(xùn)業(yè)務(wù)的資源、能力的構(gòu)成,針對不同業(yè)務(wù)的資源與能力,分別采取不同的競爭戰(zhàn)略。分析D運(yùn)輸集團(tuán)駕駛培訓(xùn)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略受目前組織機(jī)構(gòu)、業(yè)務(wù)能力和資源能力的約束,分別從這三個(gè)方面在提出保障戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的實(shí)質(zhì)性的措施與建議。本文以“公司戰(zhàn)略三角形”作為研究的理論框架,以資源、業(yè)務(wù)、組織結(jié)構(gòu)與使命愿景、戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)一致性的研究為基礎(chǔ),認(rèn)為使命愿景、戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、資源、業(yè)務(wù)及組織結(jié)構(gòu)是構(gòu)成有效公司戰(zhàn)略的五個(gè)基本要素,當(dāng)它們以一種相互支持、相互依賴和相互促進(jìn)的方式系統(tǒng)地協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),D運(yùn)輸集團(tuán)駕駛培訓(xùn)業(yè)務(wù)就形成了創(chuàng)造持久競爭優(yōu)勢的核心競爭力。
[Abstract]:Enterprises in the modern market environment must have a long-term view on their survival and development, and take the enterprise strategy as the core content of enterprise management. The enterprise strategy is the company through coordination. The way in which its activities in multiple markets are configured or constructed to create value can be seen as a process of internal resource management within an organization and an organization's connection with the outside world. Therefore, an enterprise should base its strategic management on resources. According to the rational allocation and utilization of resources, the business combination plan is determined, and the strategic planning of the company is formulated and implemented. This paper takes D Transportation Group Company, a private enterprise, as an example, from the perspective of the strategic view of resources. This paper studies the development strategy of driving training business in this group so as to match the changing market competition environment with the sustainable development resources of the enterprise, in order to create a lasting competitive advantage. External environment analysis and internal resource analysis, analysis of driving training business and other main business resources, capacity matching, distinguish which are the core resources and capabilities to support driving training business development, Where are the gaps in core resources and capabilities to support its development, and problems are identified. A comprehensive SWOT analysis of the strategic factors of driving training operations is carried out. The development strategy of driving training business of D transport group is formulated. The competitive environment of driving training business of D transport group is analyzed by using five forces model, and the resources and ability of driving training business are analyzed, aiming at the resources and ability of different business. Analysis of D Transportation Group driving training business development strategy by the current organization, business capacity and resource capacity constraints, From these three aspects, the paper puts forward the substantive measures and suggestions to ensure the implementation of the strategy. This paper takes "the triangle of corporate strategy" as the theoretical framework of the study, and takes the resources, business, organizational structure and mission vision as the theoretical framework. On the basis of research on consistency of strategic objectives, it is considered that mission vision, strategic objectives, resources, business and organizational structure are the five essential elements of an effective corporate strategy when they are mutually supportive. The core competitiveness of creating lasting competitive advantage is formed by the coordinated operation of driving training business of D Transportation Group in a mutually dependent and mutually reinforcing manner.
