【摘要】：我國(guó)航運(yùn)業(yè)經(jīng)過(guò)最近幾十年的發(fā)展,整體水平逐漸提高,已經(jīng)成為世界海上貿(mào)易不可或缺的重要參與者。航運(yùn)業(yè)屬于對(duì)外界環(huán)境變化比較敏感的行業(yè),從2008年金融危機(jī)的爆發(fā)至今,全球航運(yùn)市場(chǎng)反復(fù)波動(dòng),但整體上一直沒(méi)有太大起色。說(shuō)明大多數(shù)航運(yùn)企業(yè)自身的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式和發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略存在弊端,所以對(duì)航運(yùn)企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)效率進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)十分重要。本文旨在系統(tǒng)的對(duì)中外航運(yùn)上市公司的相對(duì)效率值進(jìn)行比較研究,并通過(guò)對(duì)模型的運(yùn)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)我國(guó)航運(yùn)企業(yè)提出幾點(diǎn)發(fā)展建議。本文使用的模型分析方法是數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析法即DEA。利用DEA方法進(jìn)行企業(yè)效率的研究已經(jīng)比較普遍,但是傳統(tǒng)的DEA方法存在一些不可避免的弊端。而改進(jìn)后的DEA方法可以提高相對(duì)效率值計(jì)算和分析的準(zhǔn)確程度。本文使用的方法具體為DEA時(shí)間窗分析方法和超效率DEA方法。本文使用兩種改進(jìn)后的DEA方法對(duì)22家中外航運(yùn)上市公司2005年至2014年的相對(duì)效率值進(jìn)行測(cè)算,22家公司的構(gòu)成為國(guó)內(nèi)8家,國(guó)外14家。模型分析研究所選取的投入指標(biāo)為固定資產(chǎn)、總資產(chǎn)、員工人數(shù)、營(yíng)業(yè)成本,產(chǎn)出指標(biāo)為營(yíng)業(yè)收入。通過(guò)實(shí)證分析發(fā)現(xiàn),國(guó)內(nèi)航運(yùn)上市公司整體相對(duì)效率值低于國(guó)外航運(yùn)上市公司,而且在2008年之后,這種差距更加明顯。說(shuō)明我國(guó)航運(yùn)上市公司在資產(chǎn)利用、人員管理、成本控制等方面還需要進(jìn)一步的提升,而且通過(guò)效率值的比較反映出我國(guó)航運(yùn)公司對(duì)于外界環(huán)境變化的反應(yīng)普遍滯后。本文最后結(jié)合航運(yùn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和實(shí)證分析結(jié)果,從企業(yè)自身經(jīng)營(yíng)以及對(duì)外關(guān)系兩個(gè)角度對(duì)我國(guó)航運(yùn)企業(yè)的發(fā)展提出了八點(diǎn)改進(jìn)建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of our shipping industry in recent decades, the overall level has gradually improved and has become an indispensable and important participant in world maritime trade. The shipping industry belongs to an industry that is more sensitive to changes in the external environment. Since the outbreak of the financial crisis in 2008, the global shipping market has fluctuated repeatedly, but on the whole, there has been no great improvement. Therefore, it is very important to evaluate the operating efficiency of shipping enterprises. This paper aims to systematically compare the relative efficiency values of Chinese and foreign listed shipping companies, and analyze the results of the operation of the model. In this paper, the model analysis method used in this paper is data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The study of enterprise efficiency by using DEA method has been quite common. However, the traditional DEA method has some unavoidable disadvantages, and the improved DEA method can improve the accuracy of the calculation and analysis of relative efficiency value. The specific methods used in this paper are DEA time-window analysis method and super-efficiency. DEA method. This paper uses two improved DEA methods to calculate the relative efficiency values of 22 Chinese and foreign listed shipping companies from 2005 to 2014. The composition of 22 companies is 8 in China. The input index selected by the model analysis research is fixed assets, total assets, number of employees, operating cost and output index. The overall relative efficiency of domestic shipping listed companies is lower than that of foreign shipping listed companies, and after 2008, the gap is even more obvious. Cost control and other aspects need to be further improved, and the comparison of efficiency values shows that the response of Chinese shipping companies to changes in the external environment is generally lagging. Finally, this paper combines the current situation of shipping industry development and the results of empirical analysis. This paper puts forward eight suggestions to improve the development of Chinese shipping enterprises from the angle of enterprise's own management and foreign relations.
