【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的發(fā)展和我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷增長(zhǎng),我國(guó)已經(jīng)融入了世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展大潮中,而港口更在國(guó)際貿(mào)易中有著不可取代的作用。但是,與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的港口相比,我國(guó)港口的差距依然很大。港口企業(yè)要想更快更好的發(fā)展,在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地,必須認(rèn)識(shí)到自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)劣勢(shì),抓住機(jī)遇,采取有效的措施,加快發(fā)展力度。結(jié)合新要求、新形勢(shì),制定符合企業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略措施,才是企業(yè)制勝的關(guān)鍵所在。 本文從宏觀環(huán)境入手,對(duì)研究對(duì)象所處的政治環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、社會(huì)環(huán)境和技術(shù)環(huán)境做出具體分析,并與行業(yè)中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者進(jìn)行了對(duì)比。通過(guò)研究可以看出,現(xiàn)今港口運(yùn)輸越來(lái)越多的采用集裝箱作為載體,雜貨的市場(chǎng)比率越來(lái)越小,但是由于某些雜貨的特殊性,導(dǎo)致雜貨并不會(huì)完全被集裝箱所取代。面對(duì)越來(lái)越小的市場(chǎng),雜貨碼頭之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)將會(huì)越來(lái)越激烈。 HS雜貨碼頭公司在這種競(jìng)爭(zhēng)格局下同樣面臨很多機(jī)會(huì)和威脅。如何制定一種可以充分利用內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)去抓住機(jī)會(huì)又能克服自身劣勢(shì)去回避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略已成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。本文在相關(guān)理論論述的基礎(chǔ)上,采用宏觀、微觀相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)公司的內(nèi)、外環(huán)境做出了系統(tǒng)的研究,以求為公司找到最佳的戰(zhàn)略方案。 本文首先利用PEST的宏觀分析法和波特的五力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)模型分析找到公司在外部環(huán)境中所面臨的機(jī)會(huì)和威脅,然后通過(guò)公司內(nèi)部資源和能力的分析,找出自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)。結(jié)合所有內(nèi)、外環(huán)境分析用SWOT矩陣進(jìn)行總結(jié),最終得到了HS雜貨碼頭現(xiàn)階段的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略——差異化戰(zhàn)略。最后,根據(jù)所選戰(zhàn)略制定相應(yīng)的措施。
[Abstract]:With the development of global economic integration and the continuous growth of our national economy, our country has been integrated into the development tide of the world economy, and ports play an irreplaceable role in international trade. However, compared with the ports of developed countries, The gap between ports in our country is still very large. If port enterprises want to develop faster and better and remain invincible in the fierce competition, they must recognize their own advantages and disadvantages, seize the opportunity and take effective measures. The key to success is to speed up development, combine new requirements, new situation, and formulate strategic measures in line with the development of enterprises. Starting from the macro environment, this paper makes a concrete analysis of the political, economic, social and technological environment of the research object, and compares it with the competitors in the industry. Nowadays, more and more ports use containers as carriers, and the market ratio of groceries is becoming smaller and smaller. However, due to the particularity of some groceries, the groceries will not be completely replaced by containers. Competition between grocery docks will become more and more intense. HS General Wharf Company also faces many opportunities and threats in this competitive situation. How to make a competitive strategy that can make full use of internal advantages to seize opportunities and overcome their own disadvantages to avoid risks has become a. On the basis of related theories, In order to find the best strategy for the company, the internal and external environment of the company is studied systematically by the method of combining macro and micro. In this paper, we first use PEST's macro analysis method and Porter's five-force competition model to find out the opportunities and threats faced by the company in the external environment, and then analyze the internal resources and capabilities of the company. Find out their own strengths and weaknesses. Combined with all the internal and external environment analysis using SWOT matrix to summarize, finally get the current competition strategy of HS grocery wharf-differentiation strategy. Finally, according to the selected strategy to formulate the corresponding measures.
