道路運(yùn)輸與宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)耦合協(xié)調(diào)度分析

【摘要】:道路運(yùn)輸作為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ)性、服務(wù)性行業(yè),是綜合運(yùn)輸體系中的重要組成部分。同時(shí),道路運(yùn)輸與宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)相互聯(lián)系、相互影響,兩者之間的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要作用。然而,現(xiàn)實(shí)中兩者往往處于不協(xié)調(diào)的狀態(tài),這使得道路運(yùn)輸與宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展受到了阻礙。為此,本文將從道路運(yùn)輸與宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的三個(gè)耦合方面建立其耦合協(xié)調(diào)度模型,為研究道路運(yùn)輸與宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)之間的互相關(guān)系提出一種新的思路。基于國內(nèi)外學(xué)者們對道路運(yùn)輸與宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的相關(guān)研究成果,本文以耦合理論、協(xié)調(diào)理論、系統(tǒng)理論及運(yùn)輸經(jīng)濟(jì)理論為本文的理論基點(diǎn),通過分析道路運(yùn)輸與宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)耦合的作用、耦合的機(jī)理及耦合的方式,分別從規(guī)模耦合、結(jié)構(gòu)耦合、速度耦合三個(gè)方面建立相應(yīng)的評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系;诖_定的評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,構(gòu)建關(guān)于道路運(yùn)輸與宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的耦合協(xié)調(diào)度模型,并借助耦合協(xié)調(diào)度模型對我國道路運(yùn)輸與宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)調(diào)程度進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析;谝陨涎芯克悸,論文內(nèi)容共包括五部分:第一部分介紹文章選題的背景、目的、意義、國內(nèi)外研究綜述、研究內(nèi)容、方法與框架;第二部分是文章所研究問題的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ);第三部分是道路運(yùn)輸與宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)耦合關(guān)系的分析;第四部分是評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的選擇、綜合評價(jià)值測算方法的選擇以及耦合協(xié)調(diào)度模型的構(gòu)建;第五部分為實(shí)證分析,測算分析了2006—2015這10年間我國道路運(yùn)輸與宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的耦合協(xié)調(diào)度。研究結(jié)果表明:我國道路運(yùn)輸規(guī)模與宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模的耦合協(xié)調(diào)程度處于不斷優(yōu)化狀態(tài),逐漸從輕度失調(diào)的耦合過渡到了中級協(xié)調(diào)的耦合;道路運(yùn)輸結(jié)構(gòu)與宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的耦合協(xié)調(diào)程度也處于不斷優(yōu)化狀態(tài),逐漸從瀕臨失調(diào)的耦合過渡到了中級協(xié)調(diào)的耦合;而道路運(yùn)輸增長速度與宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)增長速度的耦合協(xié)調(diào)程度處于不斷下滑的趨勢,逐漸從中級協(xié)調(diào)的耦合下滑到了瀕臨失調(diào)的耦合。本文通過研究道路運(yùn)輸與宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的耦合協(xié)調(diào)度,既可以對道路運(yùn)輸與宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)相互關(guān)系的研究有所補(bǔ)充,同時(shí)也對制定道路運(yùn)輸業(yè)的發(fā)展規(guī)劃以及構(gòu)建綜合運(yùn)輸體系提供了一定的參考。
[Abstract]:Road transport, as the foundation of the national economy and the service industry, is an important part of the integrated transportation system. At the same time, the road transport and the macro-economy are interrelated and affect each other. The coordinated development between the two plays a vital role in the sustainable development of our economy. However, in reality, they are often in a state of disharmony, which hinders the development of road transport and macroeconomic development. In this paper, the coupling coordination degree model of road transportation and macro-economy is established from the three aspects of road transportation and macro-economy. In order to study the relationship between road transport and macro-economy, a new way of thinking is put forward. Based on the related research results of domestic and foreign scholars on road transport and macroeconomic development, this paper uses coupling theory and coordination theory. The system theory and the transport economy theory are the theoretical basis of this paper. By analyzing the role of road transportation and macroeconomic coupling, the coupling mechanism and the coupling mode, the paper analyzes the coupling of scale and structure, respectively. Based on the established evaluation index system, the coupling coordination model of road transportation and macro economy is established. Based on the above research ideas, the thesis includes five parts: the first part introduces the background, purpose and significance of the selected topic. Domestic and foreign research review, research content, methods and framework; the second part is the theoretical basis of the study; the third part is the analysis of the coupling relationship between road transport and macro-economy; the 4th part is the choice of evaluation index system. The selection of comprehensive evaluation value calculation method and the construction of coupling coordination degree model. Part 5th is empirical analysis. This paper calculates and analyzes the degree of coupling and coordination between road transport and macro-economy in China during the 10 years from 2006 to 2015. The results show that the degree of coupling and coordination of road transport scale and macroeconomic scale in China is in the state of continuous optimization. The coupling of road transport structure and macroeconomic structure is in the state of continuous optimization, and the coupling of road transport structure and macroeconomic structure is in the state of continuous optimization, and the coupling of road transport structure and macro-economic structure is also in the state of continuous optimization, and the coupling of road transport structure and macro-economic structure is also in a state of continuous optimization. However, the degree of coupling and coordination between the growth rate of road transport and the speed of macroeconomic growth is in a declining trend. The coupling between road transport and macro-economy has gradually declined from the intermediate coordination to the one on the verge of maladjustment. By studying the degree of coupling and coordination between road transport and macro-economy, this paper can supplement the study of the relationship between road transport and macro-economy. At the same time, it also provides some reference for the development plan of road transportation and the construction of integrated transportation system.
