【摘要】：區(qū)域航空市場作為中國運(yùn)輸航空市場的重要組成部分，在服務(wù)于區(qū)域航空旅客和帶動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方面發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用。目前我國區(qū)域航空運(yùn)輸市場出現(xiàn)的主要矛盾是不斷增長的區(qū)域航空客運(yùn)需求和區(qū)域航空客運(yùn)運(yùn)力供給之間不匹配。因此如何科學(xué)地進(jìn)行區(qū)域航空運(yùn)力資源的優(yōu)化分配，，提高區(qū)域航空運(yùn)力的使用效率，成為了我國航空運(yùn)輸業(yè)面臨的嚴(yán)峻問題。 區(qū)域航空客運(yùn)運(yùn)力的供需均衡是指區(qū)域航空客運(yùn)運(yùn)力的需求量與供給量達(dá)到平衡的狀態(tài)。本文將供需均衡理論引入?yún)^(qū)域航空（西南航空市場）客運(yùn)運(yùn)力規(guī)劃中，旨在滿足區(qū)域航空客運(yùn)需求和實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域航空客運(yùn)運(yùn)力的市場供需平衡。 首先，本文對西南地區(qū)航空客運(yùn)的運(yùn)力供給現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查，并著重討論了西南地區(qū)航空客運(yùn)運(yùn)力供給的影響因素及存在的問題。 其次，在分析西南航空客運(yùn)運(yùn)力需求影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上，采用多元線性回歸法對西南地區(qū)航空客運(yùn)的運(yùn)力需求進(jìn)行了預(yù)測。 再次，采用矩陣元素匹配法對西南地區(qū)航空客運(yùn)市場的供需均衡性進(jìn)行評價，得出西南航空市場客運(yùn)運(yùn)力供需均衡性的實(shí)際現(xiàn)狀。 最后，在分析西南航空運(yùn)輸市場的發(fā)展趨勢此基礎(chǔ)上，確定了未來航空運(yùn)力規(guī)劃的指導(dǎo)原則，對未來年的西南地區(qū)航空客運(yùn)運(yùn)力的運(yùn)力規(guī)模、運(yùn)力的布局和運(yùn)力結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:As an important part of China's transport aviation market, the regional aviation market, It plays an irreplaceable role in serving regional air passengers and promoting regional economic development. At present, the main contradiction in China's regional air transport market is the increasing demand for regional air passenger transport and regional aviation. Therefore, how to optimize the allocation of regional aviation capacity resources scientifically, Improving the efficiency of regional air transport capacity has become a severe problem in China's air transport industry. The equilibrium of supply and demand of regional air passenger transport capacity refers to the balance between the demand and supply of regional air passenger transport capacity. In this paper, the theory of supply and demand equilibrium is introduced into regional aviation (southwest aviation market) passenger transport capacity planning. The purpose of this paper is to meet the demand of regional air passenger transport and to achieve the balance of market supply and demand of regional air passenger transport capacity. Firstly, this paper investigates the present situation of air passenger transport capacity supply in southwest China, and discusses the influencing factors and existing problems of air passenger transport capacity supply in southwest China. Secondly, based on the analysis of the factors affecting the capacity demand of southwest air passenger transport, the multivariate linear regression method is used to predict the capacity demand of air passenger transport in southwest China. Thirdly, the matrix element matching method is used to evaluate the supply and demand equilibrium of the air passenger transport market in Southwest China, and the actual situation of the supply and demand equilibrium of passenger transport capacity in the southwest aviation market is obtained. Finally, on the basis of analyzing the development trend of southwest air transportation market, the guiding principles of future aviation capacity planning are determined, and the capacity scale of air passenger transport capacity in southwest China in the coming years is determined. The layout and structure of transportation capacity are planned.
