【摘要】：天津港是中國最大的人工港,是中國北方國際集裝箱運輸?shù)臉屑~港,現(xiàn)以成為綜合性多功能的國際港口。天津濱海新區(qū)位于天津市的東部臨海地區(qū),改革開放以來,這里發(fā)生了巨大的變化,經(jīng)濟快速增長,外資大量進入,成為中國北方發(fā)展最快的地區(qū)之一。 隨著世界經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)發(fā)展和科學技術的突飛猛進,港口已經(jīng)成為國際貿(mào)易和國際物流的一個重要環(huán)節(jié)。近年來,天津市不斷加大對天津港建設的投入,港口規(guī)模不斷擴大,港口等級不斷提高,天津港發(fā)揮了其對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的輻射作用,帶動了整個環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟圈的發(fā)展,在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中起到了核心作用。濱海新區(qū)為天津港發(fā)展提供了必需的人力、物力、財力的資本,是天津港的必要支撐,在港口經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中,發(fā)揮著至關重要的作用。 本文選取天津港對濱海新區(qū)經(jīng)濟的影響作為研究點,在相關國內(nèi)外學者研究港口與城市關系的基礎上,結合區(qū)域經(jīng)濟理論和港口經(jīng)濟理論,更深一步探討了港口經(jīng)濟對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的影響,豐富了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的理論,以天津港和濱海新區(qū)為研究對象,首先分析了天津港和濱海新區(qū)目前的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,建立起對這兩者的基本了解,運用區(qū)域經(jīng)濟和產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟的相關理論,從國際貿(mào)易促進、物流促進產(chǎn)業(yè)、集聚效應促進、產(chǎn)業(yè)轉移效應等角度分析了港口經(jīng)濟在促進濱海新區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中的作用和地位。通過研究歐洲和亞洲代表港口的建設模式,分析得出相關港口的先進管理和建設經(jīng)驗,并結合了天津港口的實際情況,從兩個方面做實證研究:從港口貨物吞吐量的角度出發(fā),分析了港口運輸對城市GDP的貢獻度,從產(chǎn)業(yè)促進角度分析了港口經(jīng)濟對區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃的影響和促進作用,為做好濱海新區(qū)功能區(qū)及各產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展規(guī)劃提供了依據(jù)。最后,結合前面部分的分析結果,針對天津港與濱海發(fā)展方面存在的問題和不足,提出相應的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:Tianjin Port, the largest artificial port in China and the hub port for international container transportation in northern China, is now a comprehensive and multifunctional international port. Tianjin Binhai New area is located in the eastern coastal area of Tianjin. Since the reform and opening up, Great changes have taken place here, with rapid economic growth and large inflows of foreign capital, making it one of the fastest-growing regions in northern China. With the sustained development of the world economy and the rapid development of science and technology, the port has become an important link in international trade and international logistics. In recent years, Tianjin has continuously increased its investment in the construction of Tianjin Port, and the scale of the port has been constantly expanding. With the continuous improvement of the port grade, Tianjin Port has played a role of radiation to the regional economy, has driven the development of the whole economic circle around the Bohai Sea, and has played a central role in the development of the regional economy. Binhai New area has provided the necessary manpower for the development of Tianjin Port. Material resources, financial capital, is the necessary support of Tianjin Port, in the port economic development, play a vital role. This paper selects Tianjin Port's influence on Binhai New area economy as the research point, on the basis of studying the relationship between port and city, combined with regional economic theory and port economic theory, It further discusses the impact of port economy on regional economy and enriches the theory of regional economic development. Taking Tianjin Port and Binhai New area as research objects, this paper first analyzes the current development situation of Tianjin Port and Binhai New area. To establish a basic understanding of the two, using the relevant theories of regional economy and industrial economy, from the promotion of international trade, logistics to promote industry, agglomeration effect promotion, This paper analyzes the role and position of port economy in promoting the economic development of Binhai New area from the point of view of industrial transfer effect. By studying the construction mode of representative ports in Europe and Asia, the advanced management and construction experience of relevant ports are analyzed. Combined with the actual situation of Tianjin port, this paper makes an empirical study from two aspects: from the point of port cargo throughput, the contribution of port transportation to urban GDP is analyzed. This paper analyzes the influence and promotion of port economy on regional industrial planning from the angle of industrial promotion, which provides a basis for the development planning of Binhai New area and various industries. Finally, combined with the analysis results of the previous part, In view of the problems and shortcomings of Tianjin Port and coastal development, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
