【摘要】：近年來，高速鐵路的崛起已經(jīng)成為公眾關注的焦點，與常規(guī)鐵路相比，高速鐵路以其速度快，容量大，安全和舒適的優(yōu)點，極大地滿足了社會不同群體的需要，改善了區(qū)域通達性，促進了城市間人員流動，從而推動了沿線地區(qū)整體經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展隨著時代的進步和經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，許多學者認為建設高速鐵路將成為遏制環(huán)境污染能源危機交通擁堵等一系列問題逐步惡化的有效途徑 本文首先概括了相關領域內(nèi)的國內(nèi)外學術成果，以前人的研究成果為基礎，研究了高速鐵路對沿線地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的影響作用機理，總結(jié)出高速鐵路對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的影響主要有兩方面：其一是以高速鐵路為中心引發(fā)其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展；其二是高速鐵路的發(fā)展，優(yōu)化了區(qū)域內(nèi)的交通運輸條件，從而推動了客運業(yè)的發(fā)展，加快了區(qū)域間要素的流動高速鐵路對沿線地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的影響效應主要包括經(jīng)濟增長拉動效應產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚和擴散效應同城化效應和就業(yè)效應等四個方面，，為本文構(gòu)建分析指標體系提供了有力的依據(jù) 本文以京滬高速鐵路為例，實證分析了高速鐵路對沿線區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的影響作用通過建立灰色預測模型，根據(jù)統(tǒng)計年鑒往年數(shù)據(jù)，分別預測了2011年和2012年無京滬高速鐵路情況下的京滬兩地鐵路客運和貨運密度旅行加權平均時間區(qū)域生產(chǎn)總值等各產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟指標值以及貢獻率；并運用有無對比分析法，與實際有京滬高速鐵路情況下的京滬兩地各產(chǎn)業(yè)指標值作以比較，得出了相關結(jié)論最后，論文就如何促進高速鐵路沿線地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展提出了相應的政策建議
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rise of high-speed rail has become the focus of public attention, compared with the conventional railway, high-speed railway with its high speed, large capacity, good safety and comfort, great to meet the needs of different groups of society, improve the regional accessibility, promote the city between the flow of personnel, so as to promote the rapid development of the whole the economy in the area along with the era of progress and economic development, many scholars believe that the effective way of building high-speed railway will be a series of problems to curb environmental pollution and energy crisis, the gradual deterioration of the traffic congestion
This paper summarizes the related areas at home and abroad for academic achievement, based on the previous researches, studies the mechanism of high speed railway influence on the economic development of the region along, summed up the impact of high-speed railway on the regional economy has two main aspects: one is to develop high-speed railway as the center caused by other industries; second is the development of high-speed railway, regional transportation conditions were optimized so as to promote the development of passenger transport industry, accelerate the effect of regional factors flow impact of high-speed railway on economic development along the main four aspects including economic growth stimulating effect of industrial agglomeration and diffusion effect of city effect and employment effect, provide a strong basis for the construction of index system analysis
In this paper, the Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway as an example, an empirical analysis of the effect of high-speed railway to regional economic development along the line through the establishment of grey prediction model, according to the statistical yearbook data in previous years, 2011 and 2012 were predicted under the condition of non Beijing Shanghai high speed railway regional average time Beijing and Shanghai railway passenger and freight traffic density weighted GDP of the travel industry the index value and contribution rate; and the use of a comparative analysis, and to compare the actual industrial index of Beijing and Shanghai Beijing Shanghai high speed railway case values, the conclusion finally, a paper on how to promote the economic development of the high-speed railway area, put forward the corresponding policy recommendations
