【摘要】：本文的選題是對(duì)現(xiàn)階段天津港港口和集裝箱物流發(fā)展的大背景下,結(jié)合國(guó)家和天津市委、市政府對(duì)天津港口的定位提出的。本文作者試圖以SWOT理論為指導(dǎo),對(duì)天津港港口發(fā)展和集裝箱物流業(yè)務(wù)的推進(jìn)進(jìn)行研究,為天津港集裝箱物流發(fā)展提供理論指導(dǎo),并在結(jié)合天津港內(nèi)部集裝箱碼頭的生產(chǎn)發(fā)展情況,描繪出天津港港口和集裝箱的物流發(fā)展途徑。 第一章,筆者首先明確了本文的研究背景與意義,回顧了國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)港口的物流發(fā)展研究的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),確立了文章的研究框架與內(nèi)容,并對(duì)文章的研究方法及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了闡述。 第二章,筆者首先介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)兩大領(lǐng)先的港口商,對(duì)上海和深圳兩港的發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹,對(duì)國(guó)外同行業(yè)領(lǐng)先者新加坡港、鹿特丹港也進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)研究,并指出,國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)港口的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)于天津港的發(fā)展有著指導(dǎo)意義。 第三章,筆者分析了天津港內(nèi)各集裝箱碼頭的發(fā)展情況、軟硬件能力、作業(yè)情況等,指出了天津港在港口功能發(fā)展方面的不足,并就現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了剖析。利用SWOT理論對(duì)天津港在集裝箱物流運(yùn)輸業(yè)務(wù)方面的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇、挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行了深入研究。經(jīng)過分析,筆者認(rèn)為天津港在集裝箱物流方面優(yōu)勢(shì)主要體現(xiàn)在腹地優(yōu)勢(shì)、功能優(yōu)勢(shì)、政策優(yōu)勢(shì)、區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)三個(gè)方面；劣勢(shì)主要體現(xiàn)在地理位置欠佳、港口物流發(fā)展、周邊競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力、信息信息化程度不高、缺乏專業(yè)的人才等方面；機(jī)遇主要體現(xiàn)在國(guó)家政策的支持、國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、貨主對(duì)集裝箱物流的認(rèn)可等方面；而挑戰(zhàn)則主要體現(xiàn)在班輪公司議價(jià)能力加強(qiáng)、腹地市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈、同質(zhì)化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈以及海關(guān)政策不明朗等方面。 第四章,筆者對(duì)天津港集裝箱腹地情況及進(jìn)出口的貨物組成進(jìn)行研究,在天津港在腹地開發(fā)方面提出了幾點(diǎn)意見：一,提升港口的軟硬件能力；二,優(yōu)化口岸環(huán)境；三,優(yōu)化集疏運(yùn)通道；四,發(fā)揮政策優(yōu)勢(shì),發(fā)揮東疆保稅港區(qū)的優(yōu)勢(shì)等,并對(duì)天津港后期的發(fā)展規(guī)劃和吞吐量情況進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)分析研究。 第五章,筆者就如何實(shí)現(xiàn)天津港發(fā)展問題提出一些建議,包括：天津港集裝箱物流發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域及策略等。 第六章,筆者對(duì)前文分析進(jìn)行了總結(jié),認(rèn)為盡管天津港目前面臨著周邊港口的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和挑戰(zhàn),但是憑借豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)、成熟的作業(yè)條件、完善的服務(wù)配套措施及優(yōu)質(zhì)的全程服務(wù)水平,優(yōu)勢(shì)依然占先。但是,如何進(jìn)一步拓展發(fā)展空間,強(qiáng)化服務(wù)效率已十分緊迫。天津港各行政管理部門及企事業(yè)單位應(yīng)立足長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn),統(tǒng)籌兼顧,將集裝箱物流板塊做大做強(qiáng),使天津港的發(fā)展成為集商品流、資金流、技術(shù)流與信息流的北方國(guó)際航運(yùn)中心。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the development of Tianjin port and container logistics at the present stage, combined with the positioning of Tianjin port by the state and Tianjin municipal government, the author tries to use SWOT theory as the guide. This paper studies the development of Tianjin port and the promotion of container logistics business, provides theoretical guidance for the development of Tianjin port container logistics, and combines the production and development of Tianjin port internal container terminal. Describe the logistics development way of Tianjin port and container. In the first chapter, the author clarifies the research background and significance of this paper, reviews the domestic and foreign literature on port logistics development, and establishes the research framework and content of the article. And the article's research methods and innovation points are expounded. In the second chapter, the author first introduces the two leading port operators in China, including the development of Shanghai and Shenzhen, and the port of Singapore and Rotterdam, which is the leader of foreign industry, and points out that, The development experience of advanced ports at home and abroad has guiding significance for the development of Tianjin Port. In the third chapter, the author analyzes the development situation, software and hardware capability, operation situation of each container terminal in Tianjin Port, and points out the deficiency of Tianjin Port in port function development. Using SWOT theory, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of Tianjin Port in container logistics transportation are analyzed. The author thinks that the advantages of Tianjin Port in container logistics are mainly reflected in three aspects: hinterland advantage, function advantage, policy advantage and location advantage; The opportunities are mainly reflected in the support of national policy, the development of domestic economy, the recognition of container logistics by the owner, and so on. The challenges are mainly reflected in the strengthening of the bargaining power of liner companies, the fierce competition in the hinterland market, the fierce competition in homogenization and the unclear customs policy. In Chapter 4th, the author studies the situation of container hinterland and the composition of import and export goods in Tianjin Port, and puts forward some suggestions on the development of Tianjin Port in hinterland: first, to enhance the port's software and hardware capabilities; secondly, to optimize port environment; 3. Fourth, give full play to the policy advantages, give play to the advantages of the East Xinjiang bonded Port, and analyze the development planning and throughput of Tianjin Port in the later stage. In Chapter 5th, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to realize the development of Tianjin Port, including: the key areas and strategies of container logistics development of Tianjin Port. In Chapter 6th, the author summarizes the previous analysis and thinks that although Tianjin Port is facing fierce competition and challenge from the surrounding ports, it has rich experience and mature operating conditions. The perfect service supporting measures and the high quality whole service level, the superiority still occupies the first place. However, how to further expand the development space, strengthens the service efficiency already very urgent. Tianjin Port each administration department and the enterprise and institution should base on the long-term, In order to make the container logistics plate bigger and stronger, Tianjin Port will develop into a northern international shipping center with commodity flow, capital flow, technology flow and information flow.
