天津港件雜貨碼頭裝卸作業(yè)效率改善研究

【摘要】:天津港是以大宗散貨、件雜貨和集裝箱運(yùn)輸為主的大型綜合性港口,件雜貨裝卸作業(yè)在天津港一直占據(jù)著比較穩(wěn)定和重要的地位。港口件雜貨裝卸生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)是由船舶、貨物、裝卸設(shè)備、裝卸用工屬具、勞動(dòng)力、貨場(chǎng)等多種生產(chǎn)因素組成的復(fù)雜系統(tǒng),裝卸環(huán)節(jié)多而繁雜。因此裝卸作業(yè)效率的影響因素縱多,包含裝卸作業(yè)機(jī)械的單機(jī)效率、裝卸作業(yè)線的效率、裝卸作業(yè)機(jī)械的合理擁有量、裝卸工藝的選擇等等一系列的影響因素。 近年來,隨著港口貨物吞吐量的增長(zhǎng),件雜貨的吞吐量也隨之增長(zhǎng)。天津港埠二公司作為件雜貨裝卸的主要碼頭公司,對(duì)件雜貨裝卸系統(tǒng)的效率改善成為刻不容緩的問題。 本文主要以天津港港埠二公司件雜貨裝卸作業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,以整合碼頭設(shè)備資源,協(xié)調(diào)和優(yōu)化配置各生產(chǎn)作業(yè)線的相關(guān)設(shè)備,提高裝卸作業(yè)效率和設(shè)備利用率為目標(biāo),對(duì)件雜貨碼頭裝卸作業(yè)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)備配置和作業(yè)效率進(jìn)行優(yōu)化研究,建立件雜貨碼頭裝卸作業(yè)設(shè)備配置優(yōu)化問題的數(shù)學(xué)模型,分析和研究提高裝卸系統(tǒng)作業(yè)效率的相關(guān)方法。首先介紹并分析了天津港埠二公司的件雜貨碼頭的裝卸系統(tǒng)配置現(xiàn)狀,包括件雜貨碼頭的主要貨類、裝卸機(jī)械設(shè)備、裝卸工屬具、裝卸工藝的分析等。其次,分析了天津港埠二公司通用裝卸機(jī)械的配置和適用情況等,對(duì)港口裝卸的各類機(jī)械的單機(jī)作業(yè)效率進(jìn)行了分析,對(duì)作業(yè)線的效率進(jìn)行來了研究,并對(duì)其原理和影響因素進(jìn)行了分析。最后從從定性和定量的角度,對(duì)裝卸作業(yè)的改善提出來了相應(yīng)的措施和建議。
[Abstract]:Tianjin Port is a large comprehensive port with bulk cargo, groceries and container transportation as the main part. The cargo handling and handling operation has always occupied a relatively stable and important position in Tianjin Port. The port cargo handling and handling production system is made up of ships and cargo. A complex system composed of a variety of production factors, such as equipment, labor, cargo yard, etc., which has many loading and unloading links. Therefore, there are many factors affecting the efficiency of loading and unloading, including the single machine efficiency of loading and unloading machinery, The efficiency of loading and unloading line, the reasonable quantity of loading and unloading machinery, the selection of loading and unloading technology and a series of influencing factors. In recent years, with the increase of port cargo throughput, the throughput of groceries has also increased. As the main terminal company, Tianjin Port & Port Company has become an urgent problem to improve the efficiency of cargo handling system. In this paper, the main research object of this paper is to integrate the equipment resources of the terminal, coordinate and optimize the equipment of each production line, and improve the efficiency and utilization ratio of the loading and unloading operation, taking the loading and unloading operation of Tianjin Port Port and Port 2 Company as the research object. This paper studies the optimization of equipment configuration and operation efficiency of the handling operation system of the cargo terminal, and establishes the mathematical model of the equipment configuration optimization of the loading and unloading operation of the cargo terminal. This paper analyzes and studies the relevant methods to improve the working efficiency of loading and unloading system. Firstly, it introduces and analyzes the present situation of the handling system of the cargo terminal of Tianjin Port and Port Company, including the main cargo types of the terminal, the handling machinery and equipment. Secondly, the configuration and application of general handling machinery in Tianjin Port and Port 2 Company are analyzed, and the working efficiency of single machine for all kinds of machinery in port loading and unloading is analyzed. This paper studies the efficiency of the operation line, analyzes its principle and influencing factors, and finally puts forward the corresponding measures and suggestions for the improvement of the loading and unloading operation from the qualitative and quantitative point of view.
