【摘要】：文章通過半結(jié)構(gòu)性訪談采訪了居住在北京的46位已經(jīng)購買了機動車的出行者,了解其家庭基本結(jié)構(gòu)、汽車使用情況、出行方式、對現(xiàn)有政策的看法、健康以及環(huán)保意識,依據(jù)扎根理論并借助NVIVO質(zhì)性分析軟件對訪談內(nèi)容進行編碼和分析,構(gòu)建了城市居民綠色出行的影響因素分析框架,從內(nèi)在和外在兩方面來解釋居民的綠色出行意愿、綠色出行頻率和綠色出行方式選擇。該框架可推廣到與北京具有同等規(guī)模的城市居民綠色出行行為研究中。研究結(jié)論不僅能夠幫助綠色出行相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的企業(yè)管理者更有針對性地進行綠色產(chǎn)品營銷,也為政府如何更好地引導(dǎo)城市居民綠色出行提供了具有參考價值的建議。
[Abstract]:Through semi-structured interviews, the article interviewed 46 travelers who had purchased motor vehicles in Beijing to learn about their basic family structure, car use, travel patterns, views on existing policies, health and environmental awareness. Based on the rooted theory and NVIVO qualitative analysis software to code and analyze the contents of the interview, this paper constructs the analysis framework of the influencing factors of urban residents' green travel, and explains the residents' green travel intention from both internal and external aspects. The framework can be extended to the study of green travel behavior of urban residents with the same scale as Beijing. The conclusion of the research can not only help the enterprise management of green trip related industries. More targeted marketing of green products, It also provides a valuable reference for the government to guide urban residents to travel green.
