智能交通系統(tǒng)在洛陽市公共交通領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著洛陽城市框架的快速拉大和城市人口增多,機(jī)動車保有量迅猛增加與城市道路改擴(kuò)建工作的相對滯后形成尖銳的矛盾,比如在高峰時段的關(guān)鍵路口時常出現(xiàn)大面積擁堵現(xiàn)象。智能交通系統(tǒng)是目前最先進(jìn)的交通管理模式,通過智能交通系統(tǒng)來管理公共交通體系,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對公共交通的智能化調(diào)度,使其更加人性化,比如可以根據(jù)客流的實時變化調(diào)整發(fā)車班次,從而增強(qiáng)公共交通工具的載客能力與吸引力,有效地增加公共交通工具的分擔(dān)率,降低私家車在車流中的比例,減少交通擁堵發(fā)生的概率,緩解日益嚴(yán)峻的城市道路交通壓力。從而減少人力資源浪費、改善車輛運營狀態(tài)、降低不必要的油耗、提高出行效率、提升居民對公共交通的滿意程度。 本文首先在借鑒國內(nèi)外城市智能公交系統(tǒng)管理經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,對洛陽市公交系統(tǒng)的運行現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真的調(diào)研分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)了其存在的突出問題,例如公交準(zhǔn)點率較低、候車時間不均、常出現(xiàn)串車和大間隔現(xiàn)象,同時在高峰時段由于車輛不足導(dǎo)致無法滿足上班族的剛性乘車需求,在非高峰時段載客率過低,造成了一定的資源浪費。本文認(rèn)為盡早建立智能交通系統(tǒng)將是有效的應(yīng)對之策,這樣可以以最低的成本來實現(xiàn)對公共交通的科學(xué)管理,增強(qiáng)公共交通的吸引力,,從而減少社會車輛對有限道路資源的占用,降低居民出行的成本,而且提高出行效率。其次,從政策支持、信息技術(shù)優(yōu)勢、投資數(shù)額等方面對洛陽市建設(shè)智能公交系統(tǒng)的可行性進(jìn)行了分析論證。最后,對于洛陽智能公交系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)方案進(jìn)行闡述,并從政策法規(guī)修訂、居民交通意識提升等方面給出相關(guān)保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid expansion of Luoyang urban framework and the increase of urban population, the sharp contradiction between the rapid increase of vehicle ownership and the relative lag of urban road reconstruction and expansion has formed. For example, during the rush hour, large areas of traffic congestion often occur at key junctions. Intelligent Transportation system (its) is the most advanced mode of traffic management, which manages the public transport system through the Intelligent Transportation system (its). Can realize the intelligent dispatch of public transportation, make it more humanized, for example, can adjust the departure frequency according to the change of passenger flow in real time, thus enhance the passenger carrying ability and attraction of public transportation, It can effectively increase the share rate of public transportation, reduce the proportion of private cars in the traffic flow, reduce the probability of traffic congestion, alleviate the increasingly severe urban road traffic pressure, thus reduce the waste of human resources, improve the vehicle operating state. Reduce unnecessary fuel consumption, improve travel efficiency, and improve residents' satisfaction with public transport. Based on the management experience of urban intelligent public transport system at home and abroad, this paper makes a careful investigation and analysis on the operation status of public transit system in Luoyang, and finds out the outstanding problems, such as low bus punctuality rate. The waiting time is uneven, and the phenomenon of train strings and large intervals often occurs. At the same time, during the rush hour, due to the shortage of vehicles, it is unable to meet the rigid demand of commuters, and the rate of carrying passengers is too low during off-peak hours. This paper thinks that establishing intelligent transportation system as soon as possible will be an effective way to deal with it, which can realize the scientific management of public transportation at the lowest cost and enhance the attraction of public transportation. Thus reducing the occupation of limited road resources by social vehicles, reducing residents' travel costs, and improving travel efficiency. Secondly, from the perspective of policy support and information technology advantages, The feasibility of constructing intelligent public transport system in Luoyang is analyzed and demonstrated in terms of investment amount. Finally, the construction scheme of intelligent public transportation system in Luoyang is expounded, and the policies and regulations are revised. Residents'awareness of traffic and other aspects of the relevant protection measures.
