【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的發(fā)展，國與國、地區(qū)與地區(qū)、城市與城市的企業(yè)合作和交流愈加頻繁，交換和轉(zhuǎn)移物資的數(shù)量和次數(shù)日益增多。良好的現(xiàn)代物流環(huán)境的積極帶動(dòng)了航空物流快速發(fā)展，很多物資的調(diào)配需要采用航空運(yùn)輸，因而，將機(jī)場建設(shè)成為航空樞紐將會(huì)幫助所位于城市帶來了大量的客流、物流、信息流、資金流的匯集，成為樞紐的機(jī)場將會(huì)是城市發(fā)展的新引擎。 遼寧省國民生產(chǎn)總值快速增長，極大地刺激了沈陽機(jī)場的航空運(yùn)輸?shù)姆睒s和需求，沈陽機(jī)場的航空物流建設(shè)不僅能夠促進(jìn)機(jī)場自身和航空運(yùn)輸?shù)陌l(fā)展，并帶動(dòng)沈陽的現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的發(fā)展，，沈陽桃仙機(jī)場的航空物流發(fā)展需把握住機(jī)場的整體發(fā)展態(tài)勢，積極推動(dòng)了航空物流產(chǎn)業(yè)和相關(guān)本地產(chǎn)業(yè)的協(xié)同發(fā)展，增加國內(nèi)外的航班航線，搭建匹配的航空物流功能、信息、服務(wù)平臺，提供更加高效快捷航空物流服務(wù)能力，推進(jìn)機(jī)場航空物流樞紐的建設(shè)。隨著振興東北老工業(yè)地區(qū)的國家戰(zhàn)略的逐步落實(shí)，東北三省的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展突飛猛進(jìn)，沈陽桃仙機(jī)場提出近期定位是建設(shè)東北區(qū)域航空樞紐和遠(yuǎn)期定位是東北亞門戶航空樞紐，那么建設(shè)航空物流樞紐即成為沈陽桃仙機(jī)場實(shí)踐戰(zhàn)略重要的子戰(zhàn)略。 近年來，航空物流樞紐作為一個(gè)全新課題被專家和學(xué)者廣泛的研究。同時(shí)，全國、遼寧省和沈陽市的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)和物流產(chǎn)業(yè)都處于高速發(fā)展期，國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響都將為沈陽桃仙機(jī)場的發(fā)展帶來了巨大的機(jī)遇。本文首先介紹航空物流及相關(guān)理論研究；然后，采用趨勢外推法和計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)法預(yù)測貨郵量的基礎(chǔ)上，利用熵值法確定權(quán)重系數(shù)，通過組合預(yù)測模型方法對貨郵量進(jìn)行預(yù)測；接下來，分析沈陽桃仙機(jī)場發(fā)展定位和發(fā)展環(huán)境，研究航空物流樞紐建設(shè)的盈利能力，進(jìn)一步，建立以經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、國民經(jīng)濟(jì)、不確定因素和區(qū)域發(fā)展為一級指標(biāo)的航空物流樞紐建設(shè)評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，通過層次分析-綜合模糊評價(jià)法對綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)影響能力進(jìn)行評價(jià)；最后對沈陽桃仙機(jī)場航空物流樞紐的建設(shè)發(fā)展提出了對策建議。當(dāng)前，沈陽桃仙機(jī)場正努力探索并積極開展全面的航空物流發(fā)展規(guī)劃，因地制宜，加快建設(shè)步伐，服務(wù)于整個(gè)東北區(qū)域甚至是全國，滿足日益增長的航空運(yùn)輸需求，促進(jìn)航空物流樞紐建設(shè)，提高經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展，提升人民生活水平。
[Abstract]:With the development of global economic integration, enterprise cooperation and exchange between countries, regions, cities and cities have become more frequent. The quantity and times of exchanging and transferring materials are increasing day by day. The good modern logistics environment actively drives the rapid development of aviation logistics, and many materials need to be transported by air. Building an airport into an aviation hub will help the city to bring a large number of passenger flows, logistics, information flows, capital flows, and become the hub of the airport will be a new engine for urban development. The rapid growth of Liaoning's gross national product has greatly stimulated the prosperity and demand of air transportation at Shenyang Airport. The construction of air logistics at Shenyang Airport can not only promote the development of the airport itself and air transport. And to promote the development of modern logistics industry in Shenyang, the development of air logistics of Shenyang Taoxian Airport needs to grasp the overall development situation of the airport, actively promote the coordinated development of the aviation logistics industry and related local industries, and increase the flight routes at home and abroad. Building matching aviation logistics functions, information, service platforms, providing more efficient and efficient air logistics service capabilities, and promoting the construction of airport aviation logistics hubs. With the gradual implementation of the national strategy for revitalizing the old industrial areas in Northeast China, The economic development of the three northeastern provinces is advancing by leaps and bounds. Shenyang Taoxian Airport has put forward that the short-term positioning is to build the Northeast China regional aviation hub and the long-term positioning is the Northeast Asia gateway aviation hub. Therefore, the construction of aviation logistics hub has become an important sub-strategy of Shenyang Taoxian Airport practice strategy. In recent years, as a new topic, aviation logistics hub has been extensively studied by experts and scholars. Meanwhile, the social economy and logistics industry of the whole country, Liaoning Province and Shenyang are all in a period of rapid development. The influence of national economy and regional economy will bring great opportunities for the development of Shenyang Taoxian Airport. This paper first introduces the aviation logistics and related theoretical research; then, on the basis of forecasting the quantity of goods by using trend extrapolation and econometric method, The weight coefficient is determined by entropy method, and the cargo quantity is predicted by combination forecasting model. Then, the development orientation and development environment of Shenyang Taoxian Airport are analyzed, and the profitability of aviation logistics hub construction is studied. The evaluation index system of aviation logistics hub construction is established, which takes economic benefit, national economy, uncertain factors and regional development as the first class index. The comprehensive economic impact ability is evaluated by analytic hierarchy process (AHP)-comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method. At last, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction and development of Shenyang Taoxian Airport's aviation logistics hub. At present, Shenyang Taoxian Airport is trying hard to explore and actively carry out comprehensive aviation logistics development planning, in order to adjust measures to local conditions and speed up the pace of construction. To serve the whole Northeast region and even the whole country, to meet the increasing demand of air transportation, to promote the construction of aviation logistics hub, to improve the rapid economic development, and to improve the living standards of the people.
