【摘要】：高速鐵路的出現(xiàn)極大改善了城市之間的交通可達(dá)性,縮小了城市之間的時(shí)空距離。筆者基于12306網(wǎng)站提供的列車運(yùn)行時(shí)刻數(shù)據(jù),在改進(jìn)城市之間換乘最短時(shí)間算法的基礎(chǔ)上,從2007年、2010年和2013年三個(gè)時(shí)間斷面測算了河南省17個(gè)地級市的鐵路交通可達(dá)性和經(jīng)濟(jì)潛力,對比在高鐵背景下,分析有高鐵城市與無高鐵城市、有高鐵城市之間的交通可達(dá)性和經(jīng)濟(jì)潛力的時(shí)空規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)高鐵的出現(xiàn)加劇了有高鐵城市和無高鐵城市的交通可達(dá)性與經(jīng)濟(jì)潛力的差距,而在有高鐵的城市之間這種差距在減小;(2)在高鐵網(wǎng)未完善的前提下,"高鐵+"成為新的出行選項(xiàng);(3)經(jīng)濟(jì)潛力值較大的城市多分布于中原城市群范圍內(nèi);(4)城市可達(dá)性和經(jīng)濟(jì)潛力受到鐵路運(yùn)營行為的諸多影響。
[Abstract]:The emergence of high-speed railway has greatly improved the accessibility of traffic between cities and reduced the space-time distance between cities. Based on the data of train running time provided by 12306 website, the author improves the algorithm of the shortest time of transfer between cities. From 2007, 2010 and 2013, the paper calculates the accessibility and economic potential of railway traffic in 17 prefecture-level cities in Henan Province. Under the background of high-speed rail, the paper analyzes the cities with and without high-speed rail. The space-time law of traffic accessibility and economic potential between high-speed rail cities. The results show that the emergence of high-speed rail has exacerbated the gap between the accessibility and economic potential of cities with and without high-speed rail. Under the premise of imperfect high-speed rail network, "high-speed rail" has become a new travel option. (3) cities with high economic potential are mostly distributed in the Central Plains urban agglomeration. Sex and economic potential are influenced by railway operation behavior.
