【摘要】：目前一卡通行業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出高速發(fā)展、跨區(qū)域發(fā)展、跨行業(yè)發(fā)展三個顯著特征,這樣就無可避免出現(xiàn)區(qū)域競爭、行業(yè)競爭以及產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上的資源爭奪。隨著競爭加劇,一卡通行業(yè)出現(xiàn)了各種各樣的孤島式的“一卡通”系統(tǒng),不同區(qū)域、不同行業(yè)的應(yīng)用需要使用不同的系統(tǒng),市民手中的卡越來越多,“一卡通”變成了“卡而不通”。為了解決廣東省內(nèi)“多卡并存、多卡不通”的問題,實現(xiàn)廣東區(qū)域內(nèi)各行業(yè)一卡通的互聯(lián)互通,本文以廣東交通卡公司為研究對象,以運營管理理論、流程再造理論和產(chǎn)業(yè)價值鏈理論為基礎(chǔ),對廣東交通卡公司的運營管理問題進(jìn)行了研究。首先,通過分析公司的運營現(xiàn)狀,一卡通行業(yè)的發(fā)展階段、宏觀環(huán)境、行業(yè)競爭情況,從外部的挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī)會,內(nèi)部的優(yōu)勢和劣勢出發(fā),找到業(yè)務(wù)整合不足、用戶體驗差、服務(wù)成本高等運營管理問題以及這些問題的產(chǎn)生原因。然后,按照“內(nèi)強(qiáng)管理、外優(yōu)環(huán)境”的思路,從調(diào)整組織架構(gòu)、強(qiáng)化運營管理、夯實合作關(guān)系、加快信息融合等幾個方面提出廣東交通卡公司運營管理的改進(jìn)策略,以幫助公司提升管理效率、降低運營成本、穩(wěn)定合作狀態(tài),并從統(tǒng)一思想認(rèn)識、塑造企業(yè)文化、發(fā)揮領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層作用和加強(qiáng)制度支持等方面提出了運營管理改進(jìn)策略的實施保障措施。最終實現(xiàn)公司“讓大眾生活更輕松,幫伙伴運營更高效,助行業(yè)管理更科學(xué),促經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展更協(xié)調(diào)”的使命。
[Abstract]:At present, the card industry shows three remarkable features: rapid development, cross-regional development and cross-industry development. Thus, regional competition, industry competition and competition for resources in the industrial chain inevitably occur. As the competition intensifies, There have been various islanding "one-card" systems in the one-card industry. Different applications in different regions and different industries need to use different systems. There are more and more cards in the hands of citizens, and the "card card" has become a "card without access." in order to solve the problem of "multi-card co-existing and multi-card impassable" in Guangdong Province, we can realize the interconnection of all trades and industries in Guangdong. Based on the theory of operation management, the theory of process reengineering and the theory of industrial value chain, this paper studies the operation and management of Guangdong Traffic Card Company. By analyzing the current situation of the company's operation, the development stage, the macro environment, the competition of the industry, and starting from the external challenges and opportunities, the internal strengths and weaknesses, we find that the business integration is insufficient, the user experience is poor, Then, according to the idea of "internal strong management, good external environment", we should adjust the organization structure, strengthen the operation management, and consolidate the cooperative relationship. In order to improve the management efficiency, reduce the operation cost, stabilize the cooperation state, and so on, this paper puts forward the improvement strategy of the operation management of Guangdong Traffic Card Company in order to help the company to improve the management efficiency, reduce the operation cost, stabilize the cooperation state, and from the unified thought understanding, mold the enterprise culture. In the aspects of giving full play to the leadership role and strengthening the system support, the paper puts forward the implementation safeguard measures of the operation management improvement strategy. Finally, the company "makes life easier for the public, helps the partners operate more efficiently, and helps the industry management more scientifically." The mission of promoting better coordination of economic development.
