【摘要】：公路是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要組成部分，是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)條件，對(duì)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有舉足輕重的促進(jìn)作用。本文以膠王路安青段改建項(xiàng)目為研究對(duì)象，對(duì)BOT模式下的公路改建項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)性評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行了較深入的研究。 全文共分為6章，首先簡單介紹了論文的研究背景與意義，給出了研究的大致思路和方法。對(duì)膠王路安青段改建項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的必要性和基本情況進(jìn)行了分析。論文從項(xiàng)目的交通量需求入手，，從趨勢交通預(yù)測和誘增交通預(yù)測兩個(gè)方面對(duì)膠王路安青段的交通流量進(jìn)行了預(yù)測，為項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)提供可靠的交通量數(shù)據(jù)支撐。論文按照公路BOT建設(shè)模式，研究了適合本項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)流程，從項(xiàng)目國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和財(cái)務(wù)兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)性評(píng)價(jià)研究，最終得出研究結(jié)論。 研究結(jié)果表明該項(xiàng)目在改善路網(wǎng)、提高地區(qū)公路服務(wù)水平、降低汽車運(yùn)輸成本等方面都具有較好的作用，能夠產(chǎn)生很好的間接或直接國民經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，此項(xiàng)目還具有較強(qiáng)的償債能力與抗財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力,就社會(huì)效益和財(cái)務(wù)效益來看，此項(xiàng)目都具有實(shí)施的可行性。
[Abstract]:Highway is an important part of the national economic development, is the basic condition of the national economic development, and plays an important role in promoting the national economic development. The economic evaluation of highway reconstruction project under BOT mode is studied deeply. The thesis is divided into six chapters. Firstly, the research background and significance of the thesis are briefly introduced. This paper gives the general ideas and methods of the research, analyzes the necessity and basic situation of the reconstruction project in Jiao Wang Lu'an Qing Section, and starts with the traffic demand of the project. This paper forecasts the traffic flow of Jiaowangluanqing section from two aspects of trend traffic forecast and induced traffic forecast, and provides reliable traffic volume data support for the economic evaluation of the project. According to the road BOT construction model, the paper provides reliable traffic volume data support for the economic evaluation of the project. This paper studies the process of economic evaluation suitable for the project, and studies the economic evaluation of the project from two aspects of national economy and finance, and finally draws the conclusion of the study. The results show that the project has a good effect on improving the road network, improving the regional highway service level, reducing the cost of automobile transportation, and can produce good indirect or direct national economic benefits. The project also has strong ability to pay debts and resist financial risks. In terms of social and financial benefits, the project is feasible to implement.
