天津港港口集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)分析與評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:天津港地處渤海灣西端,位于海河下游及其入海口處,是環(huán)渤海中與華北、西北等內(nèi)陸地區(qū)距離最短的港口,是首都北京的海上門戶,也是亞歐大陸橋最短的東端起點(diǎn)。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),天津港口生產(chǎn)建設(shè)蓬勃發(fā)展,2013年底,港口年吞吐量已超過5億噸,集裝箱吞吐量突破1300萬標(biāo)準(zhǔn)箱,成為中國(guó)北方第一個(gè)5億噸港口,躋身于世界一流大港行列。天津港吞吐量的持續(xù)增長(zhǎng),不僅給港口基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)提出更高要求,而且給港口集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)帶來更大的壓力。天津港集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)與日益增長(zhǎng)的貨物吞吐量之間的矛盾日益明顯。本文首先對(duì)港口集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)以及港口吞吐量的研究背景、研究意義進(jìn)行了描述,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。在相關(guān)理論部分對(duì)系統(tǒng)的概念,結(jié)構(gòu)以及功能進(jìn)行了界定,詳細(xì)列出了系統(tǒng)的評(píng)價(jià)方法。對(duì)港口集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)基本概念的簡(jiǎn)述,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外港口集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及趨勢(shì),總結(jié)分析了港口集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)的影響因素。在基本理論分析基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)天津港集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)的界定、結(jié)構(gòu)與功能進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)述,詳細(xì)介紹了天津港集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)的影響因素,并對(duì)公路、鐵路、水運(yùn)、管道等集疏運(yùn)子系統(tǒng)及其相互關(guān)系進(jìn)行了分析比較。在進(jìn)行天津港集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)綜合評(píng)價(jià)時(shí),對(duì)天津港集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行選擇,采用專家調(diào)查問卷法,研究港口集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)的過程及特點(diǎn),確定了港口集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo)體系,并利用層次分析法(AHP)確定各指標(biāo)的權(quán)重。根據(jù)研究問題的特點(diǎn),選擇模糊綜合評(píng)判法進(jìn)行集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià),并選取了青島、大連作為評(píng)判的比照對(duì)象,從而得到最終評(píng)判結(jié)果。本文不僅可為天津市港口集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)提供依據(jù),也可為相關(guān)決策部門提供參考。
[Abstract]:Tianjin Port is located at the western end of the Bohai Bay, located at the lower reaches of the Haihe River and its entrance to the sea. It is the shortest port in the Bohai Sea and inland areas in North and Northwest China, and is the maritime gateway to the capital, Beijing. It is also the shortest starting point in the eastern end of the Eurasian Continental Bridge. In 21th century, Tianjin port production and construction flourished. By the end of 2013, the port's annual throughput had exceeded 500 million tons, and the container throughput had exceeded 13 million TEUs. It has become the first port of 500 million tons in northern China, which ranks among the world's leading ports. The sustained growth in the throughput of Tianjin Port not only puts forward higher requirements for port infrastructure construction, And it brings more pressure to the port transportation system. The contradiction between Tianjin port transportation system and the increasing cargo throughput is becoming more and more obvious. Firstly, this paper studies the port transportation system and port throughput. The significance of the study is described, and the current research situation at home and abroad is summarized. In the relevant theoretical part, the concept, structure and function of the system are defined. The evaluation method of the system is listed in detail. The basic concept of the port transportation system is briefly described, and the present situation and trend of the development of the port transportation system at home and abroad are combined. Based on the basic theoretical analysis, the definition, structure and function of Tianjin Port's collecting and distributing system are briefly described, and the influencing factors of Tianjin port's collecting and distributing system are introduced in detail, and the highway is also introduced. This paper analyzes and compares the distribution subsystem of railway, water transportation, pipeline and so on. In the comprehensive evaluation of Tianjin port transportation system, the evaluation method of Tianjin port transportation system is selected, and the expert questionnaire method is adopted. The evaluation process and characteristics of port transportation system are studied, the evaluation index system of port transportation system is determined, and the weight of each index is determined by using AHP (Analytic hierarchy process). The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is selected to evaluate the distribution system, and Qingdao and Dalian are selected as the comparison objects, and the final evaluation results are obtained. This paper can not only provide the basis for the construction of Tianjin port transportation system. It can also provide reference for relevant decision-making departments.
