我國(guó)鐵路運(yùn)輸業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)模式及創(chuàng)新因素研究

【摘要】:交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ)性、先導(dǎo)性產(chǎn)業(yè),該產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展水平與國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有著極為重要的聯(lián)系。鐵路運(yùn)輸作為交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)的重要組成部分,以其迅速、便利、經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)保、安全、運(yùn)量大、運(yùn)輸成本低、連續(xù)性強(qiáng)等優(yōu)勢(shì),成為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的大動(dòng)脈。我國(guó)鐵路從無(wú)到有,從國(guó)外引進(jìn)到自主研發(fā),已經(jīng)走過(guò)了一百多年。 在中國(guó)鐵路發(fā)展的各個(gè)歷史時(shí)期,技術(shù)發(fā)展環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、政治環(huán)境等因素對(duì)中國(guó)鐵路的發(fā)展道路都起著十分重要的作用。鐵路自從在中國(guó)大地上出現(xiàn)以后,就同中國(guó)近現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治發(fā)展緊緊聯(lián)系在一起,走過(guò)了一段長(zhǎng)期艱難曲折的道路。新中國(guó)成立后,特別是改革開(kāi)放之后,中國(guó)的鐵路揭開(kāi)了新的一頁(yè),發(fā)展速度大大提升,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新層出不窮。在經(jīng)歷蒸汽機(jī)時(shí)代、內(nèi)燃機(jī)和柴油機(jī)時(shí)代、低速電氣化時(shí)代后,走向高速鐵路時(shí)代。2008年8月1日,在北京奧運(yùn)會(huì)前夕,最高運(yùn)營(yíng)時(shí)速達(dá)到350km的京津城際鐵路正式投入運(yùn)營(yíng),標(biāo)志著我國(guó)進(jìn)入高速鐵路發(fā)展時(shí)代,隨后武廣高鐵、鄭西高鐵、滬寧城際等相繼投入運(yùn)營(yíng),預(yù)示著高速鐵路發(fā)展春天的到來(lái)。目前,我國(guó)的高速鐵路已躋身世界先進(jìn)行列,列車時(shí)速突破300km/h大關(guān),正向著更高、更快、更強(qiáng)的目標(biāo)前進(jìn)。簡(jiǎn)言之,高速鐵路是在我國(guó)運(yùn)輸供需矛盾緊張的情況下運(yùn)用而生的,其快速發(fā)展離不開(kāi)行業(yè)創(chuàng)新技術(shù)的發(fā)展。 本文用產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)模式和歷史友好模式來(lái)系統(tǒng)研究鐵路行業(yè)的發(fā)展,描繪我國(guó)鐵路運(yùn)輸業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng),分析我國(guó)鐵路運(yùn)輸業(yè)創(chuàng)新影響因素之所在。通過(guò)回顧中國(guó)鐵路技術(shù)發(fā)展的歷史,,找到影響中國(guó)鐵路技術(shù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵事件,通過(guò)情景分析得出這些關(guān)鍵事件之間潛在的邏輯關(guān)系,建立一個(gè)中國(guó)鐵路運(yùn)輸業(yè)技術(shù)發(fā)展的歷史友好模型的理論模型,總結(jié)出中國(guó)鐵路技術(shù)發(fā)展的主要模式,從而為以后鐵路技術(shù)發(fā)展指導(dǎo)方向,為今后我國(guó)鐵路運(yùn)輸業(yè)的規(guī)劃提供理論參考。
[Abstract]:Transportation industry is the basic and leading industry of the national economy. The level of development of the industry has a very important relationship with the development of the national economy. As an important part of the transportation industry, railway transportation is rapid. Convenience, economy, environmental protection, safety, large volume, low transport costs, strong continuity and other advantages, become the main artery of economic and social development in China. It has been over 100 years. In each historical period of China's railway development, the technological development environment, the economic environment. The political environment and other factors play a very important role in the development of Chinese railway. Since the railway appeared on the land of China, it has been closely linked with the modern economy and political development of China. After the founding of new China, especially after the reform and opening up, China's railways opened a new page and the speed of development was greatly improved. Technological innovation is emerging in endlessly. After the age of steam engine, internal combustion engine and diesel engine, and low speed electrification, the era of high-speed railway has been advanced. August 1st 2008, on the eve of Beijing Olympic Games. The Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway, which has the highest operating speed of 350 km / h, is officially put into operation, which marks that China has entered the era of high-speed railway development, and then Wuguang high-speed rail, Zhengxi high-speed rail, Shanghai-Nanjing inter-city high-speed railway and so on have been put into operation one after another. Foreshadowing the arrival of high-speed railway development spring. At present, China's high-speed railway has become one of the advanced ranks in the world, the speed of trains breaking through 300km / h, is moving higher and faster. In short, the high-speed railway is used under the condition of the contradiction between supply and demand of transportation in our country, and its rapid development can not be separated from the development of innovative technology in the industry. This paper uses the industrial innovation system model and the historical friendly model to systematically study the development of the railway industry, and describes the industrial innovation system of China's railway transportation industry. By reviewing the history of the development of railway technology in China, the key events affecting the development of railway technology in China are found. Based on the scenario analysis, the potential logical relationship between these key events is obtained, and a theoretical model of historical friendly model for the development of Chinese railway transportation technology is established, and the main models of Chinese railway technology development are summarized. Therefore, it provides a theoretical reference for the future development of railway technology and the planning of railway transportation industry in China.
