【摘要】：經(jīng)濟全球化以及我國經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展帶動了一大批工程建設(shè)企業(yè)走出國門,對外承包國際工程項目。與國內(nèi)工程承包項目相比，國際工程項目承包將面臨更加復(fù)雜的國際政治、經(jīng)濟、社會環(huán)境，項目內(nèi)部管理方面也將面臨諸多難題。復(fù)雜的環(huán)境將給項目目標的順利完成帶來更多的風險，因此，在國際工程項目中，風險管理就顯得特別重要，國際工程項目中風險管理理論的應(yīng)用也越來越受到學者們的關(guān)注和重視。 為了使國際工程項目的承包商更好的應(yīng)用風險管理理論，本文從承包商視角研究了如何在國際高速公路建設(shè)項目中合理利用風險管理理論技術(shù)與方法，進而有效的進行項目風險管理。本文通過建立國際工程項目管理理論框架，分析了項目風險管理的全過程，詳細闡述了從風險識別、風險分析與評估以及風險應(yīng)對與控制各個階段涉及的技術(shù)與方法。然后以摩洛哥拉巴特繞城高速公路承包項目為案例，采用頭腦風暴法、德爾菲法以及訪談法識別出來該項目的風險，并對項目風險進行了合理分類，，使用專家打分法與層次分析法進行項目風險的評估，在此基礎(chǔ)上根據(jù)風險的總評估結(jié)果提出了針對項目特性的風險應(yīng)對策略與具體實施方案。 通過理論研究與案例研究的結(jié)合，本文最后給出了風險管理理論在實際的國際高速公路工程項目中的應(yīng)用啟示，以期能為實際的項目風險管理提供一定的理論指導(dǎo)和現(xiàn)實借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and our country ' s economy , a large number of engineering construction enterprises are driven out of the state gate and contracted international engineering projects . Compared with domestic project contracting projects , the international project contracting will face more complex international politics , economy , social environment and internal management of the project . The complex environment will bring more risks to the successful completion of the project objectives . Therefore , in the international engineering project , the risk management is especially important , and the application of risk management theory in international engineering projects is more and more attention and attention . In order to make the contractors of international engineering projects better use risk management theory , this paper studies how to rationally utilize risk management theory technology and method in international highway construction project from the perspective of contractors , and then effectively carries out project risk management . Based on the combination of theory research and case study , this paper presents the application of risk management theory in practical international highway engineering project , with a view to providing some theoretical guidance and practical reference for practical project risk management .
