【摘要】：郵輪經(jīng)濟自20世紀(jì)60年代后期發(fā)展至今,一直是國際旅游經(jīng)濟中增長幅度最大的一項業(yè)務(wù)。由郵輪旅游拉動而發(fā)展起來的郵輪經(jīng)濟,對一個國家、一個地區(qū)的影響非常深遠。隨著兩岸關(guān)系的發(fā)展和大陸開放居民赴臺旅游出現(xiàn)新形勢,海峽兩岸郵輪經(jīng)濟合作已經(jīng)成為兩岸經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要議題。 本文的主要內(nèi)容共分五個部分。第一部分是機制理論概念的引入,合作機制分為很多類,兩岸郵輪經(jīng)濟合作機制屬于一種區(qū)域郵輪經(jīng)濟合作機制；第二部分對海峽兩岸郵輪經(jīng)濟合作的可行性進行分析,分析兩岸發(fā)展郵輪經(jīng)濟的優(yōu)勢、郵輪經(jīng)濟現(xiàn)狀以及郵輪市場,而后分析了兩岸合作前景和合作中可能遇到的問題：第三部分運用主成分分析法和SPSS對兩岸郵輪經(jīng)濟競爭進行分析,得出兩岸郵輪經(jīng)濟的劣勢；第四部分通過博弈的角度,分析區(qū)域內(nèi)港口競爭和合作的關(guān)系。認(rèn)為需要建立一系列有約束力的合作機制,實現(xiàn)區(qū)域郵輪系統(tǒng)資源的最優(yōu)配置。第五部分,針對前文分析兩岸郵輪經(jīng)濟競爭中得到的劣勢,從政府間合作機制、郵輪行業(yè)協(xié)會合作機制和郵輪企業(yè)合作機制三個方面對兩岸郵輪經(jīng)濟合作機制提出合理化的建議。 本文的主要目的是對兩岸郵輪經(jīng)濟競爭力進行主成分分析,對兩岸郵輪港口進行博弈分析,為兩岸郵輪經(jīng)濟合作機制的構(gòu)建提出合理化的建議。本文采用的研究方法有主成分分析法,博弈論和定量分析與定性分析相結(jié)合的方法。
[Abstract]:Since the late 1960s, the cruise economy has been the largest growth rate in the international tourism economy. The cruise economy developed by cruise tourism, to a country. With the development of cross-strait relations and the new situation of the mainland opening residents to Taiwan, cross-strait cruise economic cooperation has become an important issue for cross-strait economic development. The main content of this paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction of the concept of mechanism theory, the cooperation mechanism is divided into many categories, the cross-strait cruise economic cooperation mechanism belongs to a regional cruise economic cooperation mechanism; The second part analyzes the feasibility of cross-strait cruise economic cooperation, analyzes the advantages of cross-strait development of cruise economy, the current situation of cruise economy and the cruise market. Then it analyzes the prospect of cross-strait cooperation and the problems that may be encountered in the cooperation: the third part uses principal component analysis and SPSS to analyze the cross-strait cruise economic competition, and draws the disadvantage of cross-strait cruise economy; Part 4th analyzes the relationship between port competition and cooperation in the region from the point of view of game theory. It is considered that a series of binding cooperation mechanisms are needed to realize the optimal allocation of regional cruise system resources. Part 5th. In view of the above analysis of cross-strait cruise economic competition in the disadvantage, from the intergovernmental cooperation mechanism. The cooperation mechanism of the cruise industry association and the cooperation mechanism of the cruise enterprises put forward some suggestions on the rationalization of the economic cooperation mechanism between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait. The main purpose of this paper is to carry on the principal component analysis to the economic competitiveness of the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, and to carry on the game analysis to the cross-strait cruise port. The research methods used in this paper include principal component analysis, game theory, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.
