【摘要】:本文在大量閱讀國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,以質(zhì)量管理基本概念和基本理論為指導(dǎo),梳理了國(guó)內(nèi)外普遍采用的質(zhì)量零缺陷理論、質(zhì)量管理體系理論、項(xiàng)目開發(fā)與質(zhì)量管理模式、工程項(xiàng)目管理的模式采用定性分析的方法、規(guī)范和實(shí)證相結(jié)合的對(duì)比方法,對(duì)中鐵八局集團(tuán)現(xiàn)正在建設(shè)中的仙居工程項(xiàng)目有質(zhì)量管理方案進(jìn)行了探討,指出其質(zhì)量管理方案中所存在的問題,形成對(duì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的深刻認(rèn)識(shí),從而建立了切實(shí)可行的項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理模式。 本文主要包括七章,第一章緒論主要闡述了本文的研究背景、研究方法。第二章是承上啟下的章節(jié),重點(diǎn)闡述了本文主要采用的質(zhì)量管理理論和項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行管理理論。 第三、四、五章是本文的重點(diǎn)章節(jié),這三個(gè)章節(jié)在分析了中鐵八局集團(tuán)仙居項(xiàng)目本身的特點(diǎn),分析和研究了其目前的項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量情況,明確了其管理中存在的問題,并提出了很多重要的建議,例如:加強(qiáng)制度的嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)度、構(gòu)建全面的員工分析和職位分析體制、強(qiáng)化員工的質(zhì)量意識(shí)等,對(duì)于項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理而言,是極其重要的。本文以仙居項(xiàng)目為藍(lán)本,從質(zhì)量的目標(biāo)、工作的WBS結(jié)構(gòu)、質(zhì)量的管理體系、控制流程、抽檢制度等多方面進(jìn)行了分析論證,并提出了一系列方法和措施。本文的寫作按照中鐵八局集團(tuán)目前的真實(shí)情況,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行借鑒,尤其是同類行業(yè)企業(yè)的先進(jìn)管理理念。文章對(duì)以下因素之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了研究分析,主要是質(zhì)量和安全、工期、成本等之間的聯(lián)系,同時(shí)針對(duì)它們之間的關(guān)系,提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和建議。通過對(duì)仙居項(xiàng)目的全面分析和研究,,本文就如何提高建筑工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理水平提出了一些有效的方法,在實(shí)際施工作業(yè)管理中具有一定的可行性。 第六章是引申章節(jié),在總結(jié)了中鐵八局仙居項(xiàng)目的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的進(jìn)一步思考,是通過在實(shí)踐中運(yùn)用理論后,對(duì)理論的一點(diǎn)總結(jié)與升華?偨Y(jié)的重點(diǎn)是質(zhì)量管理應(yīng)當(dāng)貫穿項(xiàng)目管理的整個(gè)過程。質(zhì)量管理要處理好與項(xiàng)目成本、項(xiàng)目工期、項(xiàng)目安全的辯證關(guān)系。第七章是本文的結(jié)尾章節(jié),闡述了本文的總結(jié)與展望。
[Abstract]:On the basis of reading a large number of relevant literature at home and abroad and guided by the basic concepts and theories of quality management, this paper combs the theory of quality zero defect, the theory of quality management system, the mode of project development and quality management, which are widely adopted at home and abroad. The mode of engineering project management adopts qualitative analysis method, normative and empirical comparison method, and discusses the quality management scheme of Xianju project, which is under construction in China Railway eight Bureau Group. This paper points out the problems existing in its quality management scheme, forms a deep understanding of project quality management, and establishes a feasible project quality management model. This paper mainly includes seven chapters. The first chapter introduces the research background and research methods of this paper. The second chapter mainly describes the quality management theory and the project operation management theory. The third, fourth and fifth chapters are the key chapters of this paper. These three chapters analyze the characteristics of the Xianju Project of China Railway eight Bureau Group, analyze and study its current project quality, and clarify the problems existing in its management. And put forward a lot of important suggestions, for example: to strengthen the strict degree of the system, to construct the comprehensive staff analysis and position analysis system, to strengthen the employee's quality consciousness and so on, for the project quality management, Based on Xianju project, this paper analyzes and demonstrates the quality target, working WBS structure, quality management system, control flow, sampling inspection system and so on. And put forward a series of methods and measures. Especially the advanced management concept of the similar industries and enterprises. This paper studies and analyzes the relationship between the following factors, mainly quality and safety, time limit, cost, etc., at the same time, aiming at the relationship between them, Through the comprehensive analysis and study of Xianju project, this paper puts forward some effective methods on how to improve the quality management level of construction project, which has certain feasibility in practical construction operation management. Chapter 6th is the extension chapter. On the basis of summarizing the Xianju project of China Railway eight Bureau, the further thinking on project quality management is through the application of theory in practice. Summary and sublimation of theory. The emphasis of conclusion is that quality management should run through the whole process of project management. Quality management should deal with the dialectical relationship between project cost, project duration and project safety. Chapter 7th is the end of this article. The summary and prospect of this paper are expounded.
